They were charged with some electrical diagnosis and fixes on our RV and it went completely dead on the freeway, not 15 minutes from their shop, putting myself and my young daughter in a very dangerous situation. The items I had in the car were tossed about and rags and glass cleaner were left behind by workers I'd get calls saying it'll be ready Friday...no car Monday...no car.
