There were some issues with my car being delivered by the tow company and after expressing my frustrations the manager called me directly to clarify everything and give me peace of mind. I also experienced really prompt phone calls once the appraiser started taking my car apart so I could get things going with the insurance right away (they knew I was in a time crunch, and would have a baby only a few weeks theaccident!). They did not check their final work, which was not done correctly the first go around. Because of this, I had to wait around all day for things to be corrected, forcing us to depart in our RV at night in the winter, something we were very much wanting to avoid. They were charged with some electrical diagnosis and fixes on our RV and it went completely dead on the freeway, not 15 minutes from their shop, putting myself and my young daughter in a very dangerous situation. Sadly, even after being made aware of this, they have not followed up once. I believe this company is more concerned about billing shop hours than fixing things properly.

They texted regularly with a link that showed where in the process it was and the current costs (insurance's, of course) as they went through the work, which I thought was great. Finished very quickly, and it looks great! It came back cleaner than I left it, which is always nice. I can't speak to how they are for major repairs, but they were certainly great for what I needed.

They were easy to coordinate with through Geico and with Enterprise for a rental car and provided great communication on the repairs, with update phone calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Overall the repair took about three weeks, which was very fast, in my opinion. All of the staff that I dealt with were friendly and efficient. They had my car for 10 days. When I requested twice if they could drop it at my house they put me on hold and never came back. They never stated their policy of no drop offs. The Uber driver who dropped me off said he'd never take his car there. He had a bad experience as well. The items I had in the car were tossed about and rags and glass cleaner were left behind by workers I'd get calls saying it'll be ready Friday...no car Monday...no car. The wrong part came in etc. I expressed my disappointment to 2 employees. Poor customer service. I will not return
