They had my car for 10 days. When I requested twice if they could drop it at my house they put me on hold and never came back. They never stated their policy of no drop offs. The Uber driver who dropped me off said he'd never take his car there. He had a bad experience as well. The items I had in the car were tossed about and rags and glass cleaner were left behind by workers I'd get calls saying it'll be ready Friday...no car Monday...no car. The wrong part came in etc. I expressed my disappointment to 2 employees. Poor customer service. I will not return
