I had to wait a bit longer due to some other things not related. Also insurance didn't give me the option of a mobile appointment. I didn't try calling or anything but if I need this again. I'd try that. This location is in a high traffic area. There is a star bucks and Tim Horton across the street as well as other spots to eat if you're waiting. My windshield replacement was covered fully by insurance. I did pay for new wipers and a rain treatment though. The work was done within a few hours. I did do a check of the work before cashing out. Didn't notice any issues. They also restuck all my window stickers and EZ-Pass transponder. I did not request OEM glass but haven't noticed any issues driving after picking it up. The work is warrantied. So if there are issues, I won't hesitate to have that handled.

They text me at 4:00 and had to change appointment for November 27, again between 1:00 and 6:00. Again I got a call at 5:00 saying the appointment had to be changed. The technician could not do the repair because it was too dark. I informed her that the car was in a garage and had plenty of light. She said it would not be enough. So I want to let people know that SAFELITE does not care about you.

They were upfront and honest about everything. No pressure to have the work done there, but I ended up doing it anyway because I felt good about it. They texted regularly with a link that showed where in the process it was and the current costs (insurance's, of course) as they went through the work, which I thought was great. Finished very quickly, and it looks great! It came back cleaner than I left it, which is always nice. I can't speak to how they are for major repairs, but they were certainly great for what I needed.

They were easy to coordinate with through Geico and with Enterprise for a rental car and provided great communication on the repairs, with update phone calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They had my car for 10 days. When I requested twice if they could drop it at my house they put me on hold and never came back. They never stated their policy of no drop offs. The Uber driver who dropped me off said he'd never take his car there. He had a bad experience as well. The items I had in the car were tossed about and rags and glass cleaner were left behind by workers I'd get calls saying it'll be ready Friday...no car Monday...no car. The wrong part came in etc. I expressed my disappointment to 2 employees. Poor customer service. I will not return
