There were some issues with my car being delivered by the tow company and after expressing my frustrations the manager called me directly to clarify everything and give me peace of mind. (He didn't say a word to me.) He also made other obvious mistakes leaving the cowling open and other trim loose. I called the tech and he said his manager would contact me. This didn't happen because he never reported my complaint. I studied the cowling issue and found that GM had a fitment problem, many owners complained that the lower cowling was flawed. The manager said a replacement part was unavailable, but my Chevy dealer had it available overnight. Just lies, bad workmanship and installation of a damaged windshield. The second install went better (different tech,), but I had to point to one mistake after he finished.
