The process for scheduling was very simple (via text for me) and he was great to work with! My car was truly disgusting and I was ashamed to let anyone in my car. Now I feel really good about it. I told him he gave me to wrong car back. I wish I had a "before" picture to show you. I have a high standard for customer service and I couldn't rave more about Don's friendliness, humility, and explaining what he will do. He'll give you details of additional services ( buffing cloudy headlights to increase visibility) without it seeming like he's trying to upsell you on anything. Check out his videos (links on website) of his process.

This was my first ever professional interior cleaning and looked up and reached out to Luciano with L B F. He was super professional, respectful, showed me his work and I was impressed. He quoted me a fair price and he was even able to clean it overnight the same day and have it delivered to my door the next morning ! You can't ask for more than that. The car was squeaky clean and, carpets were shampooed, seats restored to plush leather and needing the TLC it deserved. He even took out white scratch's on the exterior with no harm to the paint or gloss and I never even asked. I would highly recommend checking him out. My first experience was great thanks to LBF and honestly will be returning back. There's always that hesitancy at first , but quickly developed and sensed the trust and hard working family man. They even left a thank you bag with some car cleaning goodies :)

A few months ago, my fiancée took her car her for its inspection after reading all the good reviews…read morehere. We also asked for a quote on our hood latch release, as it was no longer able to pop the hood. They completed and passed the inspection, and gave us a quote for something like $400 for the hood release. I'm handy and that quote seemed ridiculous, so we declined the extra work and I said I'd do it myself. Less than a month after getting the car back, the front brakes started to grind. We're talking metal on metal. How is this possible? They just looked at it and should have failed it for pad depth, or at least *warned* us about it. I've attached photos to show the blatant neglect and disregard for safety (and the law). I highly doubt they looked at anything if they missed something so brazen. As for the hood latch, my lazy self finally got around to doing it. The only issue was a $11 bracket being bent. The whole mechanism didn't need to be replaced, but they wouldn't know because they didn't look at that either. Looking at all these positive reviews is perplexing. As someone who does all their own car maintenance and basic repairs, this is the most dishonest experience I've ever had with an auto shop. Since the business seems to be monitoring the reviews page, the car was a 2016 Kia Optima on 6/16/2022, owner's initials are BB.

My car also didn't smell as good as I had hoped after but a couple air fresheners fixed that.
