They were upfront and honest about everything. No pressure to have the work done there, but I ended up doing it anyway because I felt good about it. They texted regularly with a link that showed where in the process it was and the current costs (insurance's, of course) as they went through the work, which I thought was great. Finished very quickly, and it looks great! It came back cleaner than I left it, which is always nice.
