The summer of 2017 was, unfortunately, a very "active" time for my new car. First, a run in with a…read moredeer, which left my driver side fender, hood and grille quite a dented, scuffed mess. I took it elsewhere by picking a place listed by my insurance company that was close to my job and convenient for me. It looked terrible upon completion. I couldn't believe how bad my previously new-off-the-lot car looked, as well as the attitude I got from the owner when I called about it. I wish I had seen Al first, because wow, what a hassle (after the initial collision center botched the job I had to go through the whole process of filing a complaint to my insurance company, having an insurance adjuster come and examine the car and the repair job, dealing with the first collision center, etc.). Then, while I'm dealing with the annoyance of this, someone kindly hits my passenger side door in my work parking lot, leaves a huge dent, and then (I suppose) quickly drives away hoping no one saw their hit and run. Sigh. I am in the verge of ripping my hair out at this point, and cursing myself for not wrapping my car in a huge bubble. Seriously, insurance deductible and time-waste nightmare. Sooooo.... After calling the place where I actually purchased the car, to ask them if they had any recommendations, I was referred to Al Raymond. Turns out his shop is right next door to my dealership. Al took me in to see the car that day and assess the damages. He patiently listened to my tale of car collision repair woe, let me vent about the first repair, and agreed to take on re-repairing the initial job and the second injury to the passenger door. He seriously bent over backwards to make life easier for me, even helping me get it rust-proofed again (after the repair was done) with Ziebart. He also got my car in to have its regular maintenance work done at the dealership to save me another trip. He was so helpful. AND .... most importantly ... the difference between the initial repair job to the front end, and Al's repair, is like NIGHT AND DAY! He had to take the hood off, wet sand blast it, re-paint it all, etc. It seriously looks brand new (which it should, because it was!) Al understood this and did the job right. And my passenger door (2nd collision) looks fantastic, too -- just like it did before someone hit it. The interior of my car was vacuumed and cleaned up, as well. A+. If I ever need any collision repair again (god help us all), I would go to him in an instant, even though his shop is a bit out of my way. He is worth it!! Thank you Al, and thank you also to everyone on your team/staff. I'm so happy with the repair. You guys are the best!

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car here after I put a tiny dent the size of a half…read moredollar in my rear bumper. Should have been an easy fix new bumper paint and assemble. They took 7 days to figure out how to complete this monumental task. They purchased a cheap Chinese made bumper and were shocked it did not fit after beating and banging the bumper into place it still did not fit. The paint is some of the worst paint I've ever seen and I've seen quite a few DIY spray can jobs that blow this painter out of the water. I had to call these people just to get a progress update they refuse to call anyone. After asking about the progress they magically got it done in one day. I go to pick up my car this is the nicest car I've owned and it's my pride and joy and they butchered it the bumper is hanging off the car the paint doesn't match scratches everywhere missing hardware. I get in my car and it reaks of vomit everything is covered is a slimy slippery film even the pedals and steering wheel I love slippy pedals very safe. Their detailers if you want to call them that have zero clue what they're doing neither does the painter or the assembly people. You would think this came out of a high school body shop class with how crappy the quality coming out of this shop is. They disconnected my dash cameras there a lot more miles on my car than when I dropped it off. Why is the passenger seat moved from its normal position just to pull it into the shop you usually at least I do drive from the drivers seat. Nice to know my car was used as a joy ride for a week. The alignment is off the breaks are soft. It's pretty obvious someone was driving my car pretty hard and put the wrong fuel back into it to hide their tracks they put regular into a car tuned for 93. If you're looking for a shop because Geico referred them like I was please for the love of God go anywhere else it's going to cost me thousands to fix the damage they've done to my car.

Both of the employees working at the desk during drop off and pick up were very nice. I would recommend them for all collision work.

A friend of ours had recommended Gerber, so we decided to give the place a try. At first glance they seemed friendly and efficient. We had an appointment, so even though they seemed busy, we didn't have to wait long to talk to someone. The gentleman who inspected our car was very thorough. Fortunately it was 100% covered by insurance, so we did not have to deal with the bill. We had to wait about 2 months to get it fixed because they were booked up, but it sounded like that was the norm everywhere. Fast forward 2 months - we dropped it off on Tuesday, and it was done by the end of the 3 day period they had originally figured it would take. Everything looked great, and they had even detailed the inside of the car, too! They kept us informed the whole time via email and phone so we knew that things were running on time. Pick up was quick and easy. I will upload photos so you can see the work that was done. We are definitely pleased with the service, and I would 100% recommend!

Upon washing my Civic 2024, I discovered several dents just above the driver's door(!) Before…read morevisiting the "doctor", I was unaware of the more recent innovations of dent removal. Assuming that traditional body work was required, I went to a reputable body work shop and subsequently was sent an estimate. Yelp steered me in a better direction. The doctor's procedures were more straightforward, didn't require repainting and his estimate was less than half of the body shop's and cut the time to part of a day instead of 2 days. The job was done promptly and properly - you'd be hard pressed to located where the dents were. There's another reason you should visit the doctor - these guys are easily some of most nicest (for lack of better words) you'll meet - they will treat you well.

Took several pics for Scott and sent to his Cell…read more He then called me and we discussed all the dents in detail as far as lengths and locations twice. Scot verbally quoted $400.00 Scott also confirmed the $400.00 price via text. I drove out to the business and the moment I got there Scott's memory began to rapidly decay. "I didn't give you a price did I ? " ( No Scott I randomly wanted to WASTE my time and drive 30 miles out of the way ). I quickly confirmed the stated price ( it was clear Scott wanted to renege me on the price ). Interesting how Scott wasn't willing to give a cash discount but was willing g to not charge tax so he will gladly have the customer only get a measly 8% discount while he will take a 35% freebie from taxes. I offered to split it but Scott was greedy and repeated he will "let" me pay $400.00 cash ( Thank you Scott mighty kind of you ) While on phone we both discussed the approx length of the crease I stated "approx 10" Scott repeated what I said So Scott starts pounding on door then suddenly "needs more" money Scot stated a body shop "will charge $3,000.00" to repair the door - actually Scott the price is $1,400.00 plus tax So basically Scott is fine to 1.) not pay his taxes 2.) not provide a discount while he's getting a cash ( no tax is NOT a discount - it's being GREEDY 3.) allow me to drive 30 miles 4.) not keep his word 5.) state a ridiculous repair "at a body shop" 6.) increase his price 200% 7.) have a failing memory about price and the phone convo Anyone that is a moving target such as Scott is not anyone I'd recommend - NEVER. Scott is very Smart guy that likes to play Dumb when it works in his favor - those are what you call a sham artist. Scott do you suddenly charge by the inch - Ha Well 10"/12" = is 13% larger of 1 of 3 dents Better to have not be greedy since I went out of my way as well Even tho I had it in a written text Can't he trusted
