Either they didn't start the work when i dropped off my vehicle or they didn't know what they were doing. My pickup date got extended five times throughout this project, several times I was told by the manager that my vehicle would be ready the next day and it wasn't. -Pros Crash Kings did take ownership to an extent, which i am greatful for, by providing one week of car rental for me, however I had already paid almost $800 covering car rental for the previous weeks my vehicle was being worked on. When I picked up my vehicle the work that was completed seemed like it was done correctly however my engine control light on my Dash which was related to my exhaust repair issue which they installed was still on and now requires me to bring it to the dealership to get that taken care of. Since those lights were related to the problem that they were working on I felt that should have been corrected while they had it. Now my vehicle will be going back into the shop in order to get that corrected. This has been an extremely poor experience and I would highly not recommend them. This was just plainly unacceptable and i should have just taken it to the dealership to begin with. Lesson learned.

They were upfront and honest about everything. No pressure to have the work done there, but I ended up doing it anyway because I felt good about it.
