Assuming that traditional body work was required, I went to a reputable body work shop and subsequently was sent an estimate. Yelp steered me in a better direction. The doctor's procedures were more straightforward, didn't require repainting and his estimate was less than half of the body shop's and cut the time to part of a day instead of 2 days. The job was done promptly and properly - you'd be hard pressed to located where the dents were. There's another reason you should visit the doctor - these guys are easily some of most nicest (for lack of better words) you'll meet - they will treat you well.

I work close to the Webster location, and actually found this place on Google Maps one day when I was on there getting directions. It was all the rave reviews that prompted me to call and make an appointment. I actually drove over so the owner could take a look at my truck and suggest the level of detail that would best suit the vehicles needs. Then we booked an appointment for the following day. I dropped my truck off at 8 am and figured I'd just walk to work from there, but one of the employees insisted on giving me a ride. By this point I'm already experiencing the over the top customer service. The owner called me around 4:15 that afternoon to tell me my vehicle was ready. I showed up right around 5 pm and when I walked in the shop, I was stunned at how great my vehicle looked. Keep in mind that this truck is 8 years old and it's my every day driver so of course it had the usual scratches and scuffs from openiing doors, tree sap from camping in the Adirondacks, the original carpet floor matts that were once grey but turned brown over the years. All this stuff looked new. My back seat looks like it's never been used at all. My floor matts are the same bright grey color as they were when the truck was new. They were able to rub out all the scratches. My door jambs are spotless. The wheel wells all the way around the wheels were cleaned and looked new. The glove compartment, console, cup holders and other little niches where coins get tossed were as clean or cleaner than when the truck was new. Behind the door to the gas cap looks like a new vehicle. I could go on and on. Professional details are not cheap by any strech of the imagination, so when choosing a place to do this work for me I got what I wanted with Flower City. Adults who detail cars for a living and take pride in their work. These guys are pro's. My wifes car will be next.

Recently he hit a raccoon or larger rodent on a night drive and it damaged the front bumper of his supercharged G8. A friend at work recommended this shop in victor to have the work done. They got him scheduled very quickly, and completed the work even faster than expected. The white paint match was great, and the finish was good. The crew even took care of a quick mechanical repair that was unplanned, and did so at no cost even though they could have rightly charged 30 minutes of labor. We'll definitely go back!
