I brought my '05 Toyota 4 Runner to Flower City Customs for a full detail as well as some rubbing out of some scratches. My truck has not been waxed since about 2007, and I figured since it has low miles I better try and take care of it a little better. I work close to the Webster location, and actually found this place on Google Maps one day when I was on there getting directions. It was all the rave reviews that prompted me to call and make an appointment. I actually drove over so the owner could take a look at my truck and suggest the level of detail that would best suit the vehicles needs. Then we booked an appointment for the following day. I dropped my truck off at 8 am and figured I'd just walk to work from there, but one of the employees insisted on giving me a ride. By this point I'm already experiencing the over the top customer service. The owner called me around 4:15 that afternoon to tell me my vehicle was ready. I showed up right around 5 pm and when I walked in the shop, I was stunned at how great my vehicle looked. Keep in mind that this truck is 8 years old and it's my every day driver so of course it had the usual scratches and scuffs from openiing doors, tree sap from camping in the Adirondacks, the original carpet floor matts that were once grey but turned brown over the years. All this stuff looked new. My back seat looks like it's never been used at all. My floor matts are the same bright grey color as they were when the truck was new. They were able to rub out all the scratches. My door jambs are spotless. The wheel wells all the way around the wheels were cleaned and looked new. The glove compartment, console, cup holders and other little niches where coins get tossed were as clean or cleaner than when the truck was new. Behind the door to the gas cap looks like a new vehicle. I could go on and on. Professional details are not cheap by any strech of the imagination, so when choosing a place to do this work for me I got what I wanted with Flower City. Adults who detail cars for a living and take pride in their work. These guys are pro's. My wifes car will be next. read more

Today I picked up my wife's Infinity. Dan did an outstanding job doing the Executive Detail and Jim applied the pinstripes. The pinstripes give an additional "pop" and they are laser straight! The car was done in one day and it looks as good or better than the day it was delivered over 4 years ago. My sister-in-law recommend Flower City Customs to me and I'm so glad that she did. I originally wanted only the paint scratches to be touched up. When I called Jim, the shop manager, to schedule an appointment I found Jim to be very accommodating on scheduling my wife's car. He also recommend that the car should have an outside detailing since the car needed a good cleaning before any paint could be touched-up. It made sense to me. When I picked the car up, I was so happy with the results that I had to have my wife see the car before It left the garage. I have used Flower City Customs several times over the last 5 or 6 years; their work has always been outstanding. I am typically quite meticulous in taking care of the exterior and mechanical aspects of our vehicles but tend to overlook the interior. With three young boys and a dog who loves to go for rides, I expect you can imagine the mess. Each time, though, Flower City Customs has been able to make it look almost new with their Interior Detail package. The seats and carpets, the plastic parts like the dashboard and door frames and all the compartments and cubbies all looked fantastic - I don't know how they do it. In addition to periodically cleaning up our vehicle interiors, I will always make a point have them detailed prior to listing them for sale. I am confident that the money spent on the cleaning has been paid back several-fold in the sale price.
