During a conversation about my car, I asked questions and admittedly interrupted the employee while he was explaining something. Instead of responding professionally, the manager spoke to me in a condescending and disrespectful manner, saying, "Are you going to let me talk and have me explain to you what you can do about your car?" It wasn't just what was said, but how it was said. The tone was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing leadership position. I was shocked to learn that the individual speaking to me this way was actually the manager of the location. I understand that communication can sometimes become frustrating, but a manager should have the professionalism, patience, and people skills to handle those situations respectfully. Customers should never feel talked down to or belittled when asking questions about their own vehicle. I hope Delta Sonic takes customer service seriously and addresses this issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location until there is a noticeable improvement in how customers are treated.

While waiting for my car wash I went back on the website on my phone and read it again and indeed it said free deluxe car wash. I showed the same lady that took my money and she said the website was wrong. I told her I wanted to see the manager and she said she was the manager and wouldn't give me a refund for the car wash. I called my friend and told her about this experience and specifically used the words "scam" and "ripoff", which seemed to scare the "manager". She ended up giving me the refund after I got off the phone. The service was pretty quick and no frills. I had to have them redo a few spots that they missed on the seats. Other than that, had the whole pricing thing not happened, I would've come back because the service was decent and price was alright.
