No soapy brushes rubbing up against the exterior of your car (which means no scratches!). No hokey conveyor belt either to wrench your muffler away from the undercarriage. Helpful if you're sloshing your sled through the salty streets of Monroe County during the wintry months. Just washed the ride yesterday and, after a days commute, it looks like I never went there. So, given that the price points are similar to the other aforementioned car washes, I only go here if I need a quick wash...

There are so many car washes in the area that we didn't know which to try first. After scoping out reviews we figured this would be a good place to start! We pulled around back to get into the auto wash (because who doesn't want to throw their vehicle into neutral and coast through a giant automatic car wash), and we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman asking if we had ever been to Auto Wash before. We said no, and he explained all of the options. They've even got a multiple monthly unlimited plans if you are in the market for that! But today we were just stopping in to try it out, so he handed us an info pamphlet and offered to give us a free trial wash. Awesome! Who says no to that?! We pulled forward and kicked back while giant hoses, sponges, and driers did their thing. It never really gets old going through these, especially if you have kids. We were a tiny bit disappointed that they did not hand dry at the end, but it was a great wash experience anyway. It cleaned ALMOST everything off except for a little bit of stubborn bird poop. Even though I would say the wash itself was not quite as thorough as we were hoping, customer service was absolutely stellar. They also have a self wash option, and a place to vacuum out the car. Definitely recommend based on this experience, and I am sure we will be back to try out their other services in the future!

I was upset but my husband assured me it was ok and not to stress about it. We found the place ok but pulled into the side where you enter the car wash... Drove around back and found, A LOCKED GATE. You can't get around to the other side of the building so be sure to pull in on the left side of the location. We entered the building and waited at the desk. And waited, and waited and waited. No one came out. I finally asked one of the guys detailing a car if we were in the right place and he said yes, someone would be right out to help us. No one ever came so eventually, he stopped what he was doing and came to the desk. Long story short, it took an eternity but we got the truck and car dolly. Budget was about $600 cheaper than Uhaul and almost $1000 cheaper than Penske. Worth the headache I guess. This business is an all-in-one: car wash/truck rental/knock off purse boutique inside.

I read on the website that a carpet shampoo (shampoo seats, floors and mats) was $29.99+tax, and included a free deluxe car wash. There was also an option for Shampoo seats only a la carte for $9.99. Drove into the car wash and the lady told me that to get the carpet shampoo, I had to also get the quick clean for $6.99. Fine, ended up paying that. But then the lady told me that the deluxe car wash was not included. At this point, I thought maybe I read it wrong and paid for it anyway. While waiting for my car wash I went back on the website on my phone and read it again and indeed it said free deluxe car wash. I showed the same lady that took my money and she said the website was wrong. I told her I wanted to see the manager and she said she was the manager and wouldn't give me a refund for the car wash. I called my friend and told her about this experience and specifically used the words "scam" and "ripoff", which seemed to scare the "manager". She ended up giving me the refund after I got off the phone. The service was pretty quick and no frills. I had to have them redo a few spots that they missed on the seats. Other than that, had the whole pricing thing not happened, I would've come back because the service was decent and price was alright.

Today was the best cleaning we have ever received. Not only did they upgrade some of their equipment. It appears that, at least today. They leveled up their staff. Usually the person standing outside spraying cars is a useless person, more interested in listening to their music on the air buds. They would miss spots, not do the back, leave dirt. Miss windows.
