They really offer exceptional service and value! We've been using their "Unlimited Monthly Royal Car Wash" option for November-May every year for the last 11 years, and really couldn't be happier. The staff are consistently cheerful and super helpful, and we feel like the value is very high given how much longer it helps your car last in this salty-snowy region! I'm embarrassed I haven't written a review before today -- but just today (01.12.22 around 9:00am) the Manager named Greg at the Monroe Ave site REALLY gave EXCEPTIONAL service. Two cars (mine was one) were having issues with the sticker for unlimited washes, and he helped both of us at the same time -- making it so neither of us had to get out of our car, didn't have to pull around or come in, he handled BOTH of our issues in the time it took for our cars to go thru the wash and then he met us at the other end to give us receipts. SO friendly the entire time. Everyone at this site is always super cheerful and helpful -- but he REALLY went the extra mile for two of us! And I feel like this is what all of us can expect from Royal Car Wash -- they go the extra mile to give you a superb experience!

Then I remembered, the…read moreheadlights were fogged, (2017 RAV-4) OK the young lady gave me a price for the detailing and the headlight refurbish, She went on to explain they just don't polish the headlight lenses till they are clear. They then ceramic coat the lenses. I told her I had heard of Ceramic coating for Windows also, and she said yes they do that. She went on to explain they can also Ceramic coat the whole car/body/paint/windows. I saw the price and said go for it. Now why am I commenting, because you helped get my neighbor to the hospital at 2AM when she had heart palpations, see I've been looking at 2 neighbors who have car covers for their, windshields as we live in an apartment complex. In past years it takes me 5-15 minutes to clear snow and scrape the ice off the windows. Then the detailing/headlight restore and ceramic coat of the body and windows, that your young lady recommended. This whole winter since the Ceramic coating, the snow and ice falls off. (also the dirt, rain, everything, it' like my car is teflon coated) And last Saturday night, when I saw my neighbor in the hallway at 2AM, with Heart Palpations. I walked her out to my car helped her in the front seat, started the car and I walked around the car and brushed off the ice and snow with my gloved hand, (no snow brush, no scraper). 60 seconds, (not 5-15 minutes !) ! ! Got in drove her to Highland ..... and the Ceramic coating........PAID FOR ITSELF !, It was fun brushing the snow and ice off every morning before I left, with just my gloved hand, but when it was an emergency and seconds counted............YOU GUYS ROCK ! ! We came here for the Budget truck rental pick up. This was not my first choice for pick up location…read morebut when I booked my rental online, somehow this location was the default and it reverted back to this instead of my preferred place. I was upset but my husband assured me it was ok and not to stress about it. We found the place ok but pulled into the side where you enter the car wash... Drove around back and found, A LOCKED GATE. You can't get around to the other side of the building so be sure to pull in on the left side of the location. We entered the building and waited at the desk. And waited, and waited and waited. No one came out. I finally asked one of the guys detailing a car if we were in the right place and he said yes, someone would be right out to help us. No one ever came so eventually, he stopped what he was doing and came to the desk. Long story short, it took an eternity but we got the truck and car dolly. Budget was about $600 cheaper than Uhaul and almost $1000 cheaper than Penske. Worth the headache I guess. This business is an all-in-one: car wash/truck rental/knock off purse boutique inside.

I read on the website that a carpet shampoo (shampoo seats, floors and mats) was $29.99+tax, and included a free deluxe car wash. There was also an option for Shampoo seats only a la carte for $9.99. Drove into the car wash and the lady told me that to get the carpet shampoo, I had to also get the quick clean for $6.99. Fine, ended up paying that. But then the lady told me that the deluxe car wash was not included. At this point, I thought maybe I read it wrong and paid for it anyway. While waiting for my car wash I went back on the website on my phone and read it again and indeed it said free deluxe car wash. I showed the same lady that took my money and she said the website was wrong. I told her I wanted to see the manager and she said she was the manager and wouldn't give me a refund for the car wash. I called my friend and told her about this experience and specifically used the words "scam" and "ripoff", which seemed to scare the "manager". She ended up giving me the refund after I got off the phone. The service was pretty quick and no frills. I had to have them redo a few spots that they missed on the seats. Other than that, had the whole pricing thing not happened, I would've come back because the service was decent and price was alright.
