I went to the website and tried to message the company, but it wouldn't go through. So here I am complaining to the masses. I had 2 services on 4/14/25, the super interior $45.25 great experience. Then I circled around for a car wash $26.00 for the better clean & it was horrible. Tipped for both services. I didn't look over the vehicle after the staff wiped down the exterior of my vehicle and left. My car was only semi-clean and quite dirty on the back. I drove in my father's funeral procession like that. It was unnecessary. The guy who wiped down my vehicle should have told me, so I could have gone through again. I trusted the process. My mistake. Called ahead to ask about interior car cleaning and spoke to a very nice employee and who took their time to explain everything throughly to me. My car is finicky with starting but the employees were patient with having me start my vehicle for them so they could begin cleaning it. I paid around $80 for the basic interior cleaning and the shampooing of my seats, it was definitely worth it! My seats have never been professionally cleaned before and they look almost like they did when I first got the car. My car looks amazing, the employees were lovely I would definitely recommend this Delta Sonic to anybody looking for similar services. read more

This place is like 1 mile from where I work, so I usually go after work for a wash, especially in the winter, so my car doesn't get undercarriage rust. I ended up joining their unlimited wash program, which gives you some small discount at their gas station as well. This place in particular doesn't have the automatic machine to spray soap in the beginning like the Henrietta location, which is near my apartment. Instead, they usually have 2-3 people manning that job. I feel bad for them because it's super cold in the winter. Hope they're well-compensated. read more

This is for the detail shop. They charged 80$ + for carpet and upholstery cleaning and did a terrible job. They didn't even clean the cup holders or anything. Very expensive lesson, but I have to avoid delta sonic for anything other than Gas!!! read more

I had my car washed. They did an absolutely terrible job. What appeared to be soap was all over the car. It actually looked worse then before I had the wash... After further inspection there were numerous scratches on the vehicle. I filled out a claim form and received a denial from DS. An estimate revealed $1700 damage. Really bad !!! I am hoping that the courts open up soon so I can talk to the judge and get my $ back from the repair... read more

In Rochester we don't have that many choices for car washes. I tend to go to Buckman's because they have more locations and are closer to my house. But EVERY time I go to Delta Sonic, I always say to myself "Why do I go anywhere else"? And that's the truth! They do a great job. I have had interior detailing done before as well as an oil change (both of those services at the Greece location). I finally gave in and bought a monthly pass. They were running a special for $20/month right now (normally $30/month). I think it will be worth it for sure! read more

I recently purchased a membership at Delta Sonic. Every single time I've gone my car is covered in soap/sud marks as well as scratches. I've heard complaints about scratches from delta sonic before but didn't think anything of it, as I couldnt understand where the scratches would come from, until it happened to me. My vehicle is brand new and after I went through the Delta Sonic car wash, my car gas several scratches on the paint. read more

I like Delta Sonic. I have the $17 a month unlimited super kiss washes option and it keeps my car clean. As often as I want it. This location is smaller compared to others. Lacks a detail/oil change/interior/inspection capability. But you can get an exterior car wash and gas. I don't get my gas at this pump so can't comment about that. But apparently they recently revamped and installed new gas pumps. The car wash is your regular car wash without any complaints. Recently added a "Super Lane" for unlimited tag holders like myself which is a welcome addition. The staff here gets the job done. I usually go to the Henrietta or Greece location for interior cleaning. $10 for a decent enough job. If you do plan to get their unlimited deal keep in mind it is about $17 in the summer and prices go up to $25 in the winter. read more

I paid $230 for the Professional Detailing and when I picked up my car, it seemed like there were areas that still weren't cleaned (for example the sun roof). I requested that they remove 2 stickers so that they could clean the stickiness from the stickers, and they didn't do it. There was some stickiness on my windshield from an old registration sticker which they didn't clean either. The car mats were still wet, and there were water stains on all the windows. I was also expecting some kind of complimentary air freshener considering how much I paid for the detailing. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, just one of those cheap hanging ones. The people were nice enough but overall I am very disappointed with the quality of service and will not be returning here. read more

The dryer (Patrick Husinger)saw it was still FILTHY, didn't just tell me to go back through again, he personally escorted me back, hosed it down himself, ran me through, and then not only dried it, but had a supv add all the extras, no charge! My hubs recently brought my car here for some interior and exterior cleaning not the full Monty detail job, per se, in anticipation of my lease ending. Considering he had no appointment, and he went right before closing (and the employees stayed at least 1/2 hour after closing) 5 stars! They were able to fix some minor scratches which someone did (on my second day of my lease---so big ups there,lol). I did have an really bad ink stain on the seat which somehow of course happened days before my lease was up, sending me into a major panic---this did not come out, but I think the cleaning they did made it easier for me to mostly remove myself with some hairspray (fingers crossed!). All in all my car has not looked as good since I first got it. Reasonable pricing for the work performed as well. read more

I stop here almost everyday. I have the unlimited wash package and they keep my car looking fresh. The customer service is top notch and they do a fine job cleaning the vehicle. I really wish they had interior cleaning here but they do not. You can however use the free vacuum cleaners to keep the dirt at bay. I also appreciate that you don't have to let the employees dry your car, you can pull out to the side to avoid them and any scratches they may be putting In your car from dirty microfiber drying towels. It saves me a few bucks in tips and allows me to make the unlimited wash plan cost effective. I prefer to dry the car my personal drying towels and some spray wax for the extra nice touch. They always let me pull up to the vacuum area and finish off my wash myself. Also if you have the discount delta sonic card you can save up to .15 cents off a gallon of gasoline. read more

Very nice, randy was our window and truck dryer. He was such a nice guy after we went through the wash and told the girl at the window we wanted an under spray to clean underneath. Well the girl didn't get that. We came out and the truck was still so muddy. Randy the guy who dries the car noticed the truck wasn't clean " did they even clean this thing!!?!?" I was so relieved I didn't have to say anything before he let us go through to wash again. The truck came out very clean and randy made is shine so well with a polish.
