You can only imagine my fear of getting a flat tire when I still have to drive 30 minutes to get home. JT made himself available to check my tire. Turns out it was fine. The reader or sensor in my car must be off but he was able to look at my tire to see if there was damage and in this case, give me the peace of mind to drive home safely. I can't think JT enough. He was kind, knowledgeable and very efficient. They will be starting a room service in the near future, and I will be definitely looking for opportunities to work with him in the future. When I left the business, I noticed my car was making a suspicious noise. I called and returned the next morning. The mechanic gave me some bullshit answer about the noise and told me "it would go away." Turns out they failed to replace the radiator cap. Is the engine of my car permanently damaged? It's hard to know, but I had to pay a second mechanic a lot of $$ to do a full work-up of the vehicle. In the meantime, I get to wait and see if my engine is kaput in a couple of months. Why did this happen? All I know is that the manager of the store I went in -- in Henrietta -- spent hours sitting in her car talking on the phone instead of ensuring that the work was done properly. And as others have said, getting someone at corporate to talk to you is next to impossible.

I did a little research and overall found that people like the tire it's seems to be generic tire made by a main manufacturer so I decided to get the work done and they could give me in the next day which was fantastic. So I showed up for my appointment and it was an hour of sitting around before they even got the truck in and then over another hour for them to throw on the tires and do the alignment. The waiting area is not particularly comfortable, but I mean I guess it's mine for what it is. The problem is that a couple of days of driving the truck. I've noticed that the alignment seems to be worse than before I brought it in so I called them to see about having them take another look at it. Make sure the alignment was done correctly. Not only did they give me a very hard time over the phone insinuating that they could not have possibly made a mistake. They also try to tell me that the only time that they could take a look at it was a week from now. Overall, unfortunately this is not been a positive experience. If anyone how things go next week, I'll post an update.
