There are so many car washes in the area that we didn't know which to try first. After scoping out reviews we figured this would be a good place to start! We pulled around back to get into the auto wash (because who doesn't want to throw their vehicle into neutral and coast through a giant automatic car wash), and we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman asking if we had ever been to Auto Wash before. We said no, and he explained all of the options. They've even got a multiple monthly unlimited plans if you are in the market for that! But today we were just stopping in to try it out, so he handed us an info pamphlet and offered to give us a free trial wash. Awesome! Who says no to that?! We pulled forward and kicked back while giant hoses, sponges, and driers did their thing. It never really gets old going through these, especially if you have kids. We were a tiny bit disappointed that they did not hand dry at the end, but it was a great wash experience anyway. It cleaned ALMOST everything off except for a little bit of stubborn bird poop. Even though I would say the wash itself was not quite as thorough as we were hoping, customer service was absolutely stellar. They also have a self wash option, and a place to vacuum out the car. Definitely recommend based on this experience, and I am sure we will be back to try out their other services in the future!

We came here for the Budget truck rental pick up. You can't get around to the other side of the building so be sure to pull in on the left side of the location. We entered the building and waited at the desk. And waited, and waited and waited. No one came out. I finally asked one of the guys detailing a car if we were in the right place and he said yes, someone would be right out to help us. No one ever came so eventually, he stopped what he was doing and came to the desk. Long story short, it took an eternity but we got the truck and car dolly. Budget was about $600 cheaper than Uhaul and almost $1000 cheaper than Penske. Worth the headache I guess. This business is an all-in-one: car wash/truck rental/knock off purse boutique inside.

Drove into the car wash and the lady told me that to get the carpet shampoo, I had to also get the quick clean for $6.99. Fine, ended up paying that. But then the lady told me that the deluxe car wash was not included. At this point, I thought maybe I read it wrong and paid for it anyway. While waiting for my car wash I went back on the website on my phone and read it again and indeed it said free deluxe car wash. I showed the same lady that took my money and she said the website was wrong. I told her I wanted to see the manager and she said she was the manager and wouldn't give me a refund for the car wash. I called my friend and told her about this experience and specifically used the words "scam" and "ripoff", which seemed to scare the "manager". She ended up giving me the refund after I got off the phone. The service was pretty quick and no frills. I had to have them redo a few spots that they missed on the seats. Other than that, had the whole pricing thing not happened, I would've come back because the service was decent and price was alright.

They were very professional and did a great job on interior/exterior clean of my Chevy Equinox, including taking out the weather mats and cleaning them, getting rid of spots/stains that had been stuck no matter what I used on them (yes, somehow I had spilled nail glue in one of the cup holders... they got that out!), making the windows shine, and outside of the car waxed and gleaming! It smelled really nice too. Made the car feel new again!
