I have a 2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser that I have had for 6 years which I like. My goal was to get this vehicle restored so I can continue on with it. It had some minor dings and some rust that you would expect from a 11 year old car. After going to a couple of local collision shops near where I live.... I was referred to Four Seasons Collision by another collision shop...Go Figure! I brought my car to the shop and Michael looked it over and then gave me a very detailed estimate. I decided to go forward and have my car restored with Four Seasons. Boy was I glad I did. When the job was complete I was very satisfied with how the car turned out. It looked showroom new! Better yet, Michael and his team went the extra mile and did a few extras above and beyond what was expected. Such as they added bedliner material under the body beneath the doors for added protection. They also detailed the interior and replaced the car battery with a new one. Visually besides the awesome paint job, the hood and doors were better lined up than they were before the restoration job. I couldn't be happier with the total outcome. To top it off, I had a little trouble with the passenger door not opening from the inside and Michael went the extra mile and came to my home to make sure it worked right. I had some minor damage that included parking lot dings, scratches, and bumper scrapes on my '15 BMW. I initially took it to a shop I had used before, but found it had been sold to a national chain. I brought it to Mike for an estimate and was impressed with the detailed explanation on what should be done to make it look great. I like working with independent shops and Four Seasons did a great job. I was surprised(as was my wife) by the interior detailing and the final waxing. Four Seasons provided incredible customer service from start to finish! Mike co-ordinated my rental car pick-up and drop-off. He worked with the insurance company when he discovered additional damage not included in the insurance company's initial estimate. He provided updates throughout the whole process. This is one of the best collision shops I've been to. I came in originally to get minor damage to my quarter panel fixed. A month earlier I had major damage from an accident fixed at West Herr Ford, which was done poorly. The owner of four seasons collision was very honest about the poor job done on my car, showed me evidence and contacted my insurance to get it properly repaired.
