I sent them the insurance company's estimate and they worked off of it. The repair took about a few weeks, but the car came back spotless with incredible body work. They went above and beyond and the car looked brand new after they worked on it. Communication was great and they picked me up at the Enterprise nearby as well. Even though this bodyshop was 35 minutes away from my house, I was sooo glad I used this family owned business--the care and pride they took in their work was apparent and my car is as good as new! You've lost my business. 1 they are kiosks. You don't need to send people out unless they ask for assistance and if they tell you they don't need help, then you don't need to hover.

My cars were a disaster. I have 7 year olds, a dog and a small business. My seats were gross, carpets needed shampoo I was just plain embarrassed. I am one of those moms that's always running In ten directions, and I just don't have time to go sit somewhere while minimum wage kids do a half assed job on my precious vehicles. Then I saw this company on Yelp. I decided to ask for a quote and they called back in 15 minutes with a great price that I immediately agreed to and booked them to come to my house and take care of my vehicles. They spent hours scrubbing and shampooing and cleaning like crazy. They didn't use anything of mine- no water, no electrical, not a thing. It took them a couple hours to complete the job, and they did not charge me a dime more for my grime. I have been driving around with pride ever since. My only regret is not calling sooner. Trinity is now my go-to company for keeping my sports car and minivan in tip top shape. I will highly recommend them for anyone looking. Two thumbs up! read more

I used Trinity to detail my car last week, mainly, to try and remove the dog smell from a previous owner. Sean and Mary busted their butts for almost 2 hours in my driveway working on my car. Sean followed up with me a few days later, asking me how the car was. When I told him the dog smell was still there, he immediately offered to redo the car all over again for no charge, no questions asked. After the second do over, the smell was gone. This is just a small, 2 person operation.... however, they do not consider a job finished until you are 100% satisfied with the work. That says a lot about this company. I would recommend them to anyone seeking an affordable, nicely done detail, with attention to detail, on your vehicle. read more

l had my 2007 F150 Supercab's interior detailed and was astonished that the carpeting was returned to like new condition.
