My cars were a disaster. I have 7 year olds, a dog and a small business. My seats were gross, carpets needed shampoo I was just plain embarrassed. I am one of those moms that's always running In ten directions, and I just don't have time to go sit somewhere while minimum wage kids do a half assed job on my precious vehicles. I decided to ask for a quote and they called back in 15 minutes with a great price that I immediately agreed to and booked them to come to my house and take care of my vehicles. They spent hours scrubbing and shampooing and cleaning like crazy. They didn't use anything of mine- no water, no electrical, not a thing. It took them a couple hours to complete the job, and they did not charge me a dime more for my grime. I have been driving around with pride ever since. My only regret is not calling sooner. I used Trinity to detail my car last week, mainly, to try and remove the dog smell from a previous owner. Sean and Mary busted their butts for almost 2 hours in my driveway working on my car. Sean followed up with me a few days later, asking me how the car was. When I told him the dog smell was still there, he immediately offered to redo the car all over again for no charge, no questions asked. After the second do over, the smell was gone. This is just a small, 2 person operation.... however, they do not consider a job finished until you are 100% satisfied with the work. That says a lot about this company. l had my 2007 F150 Supercab's interior detailed and was astonished that the carpeting was returned to like new condition.
