The problem to be aware of...10 Year Warrenty from gutters leaking, the owner Nick doesn't HONOR without giving reasons to correct an issue without charging you for additional services or equipment to correct their work. I called to address a problem on my flat roof in May, 2026. Gutter King receptionist said she would share with owner Nick, I was put on hold. When she returned, she said I didn't pay for extender drip edges for that area on my roof. If they are the king experts for gutter installation, why wasn't this addressed at installation. The other excuse they provided to collect more money from honoring their warranty, is getting my gutter cleaned by them. My gutters are clean, they continue to provide excuses to collect more money without directly honoring their 10 Warrenty. I have called five times to address this issue politely, each time told the owner, Nick, will get back to me, it's NOW been four weeks, since my last call, June, 2026. What a disappointment and poor customer service to honor their warranty. I expected so much more from Nick and his company.
