My overall experience with Buffalo Roofing was a very good one. Mitchell was my sales person and he was very professional and knowledgeable of the industry as well as working with Insurance companies. Mitchell worked with my Insurance company to make sure they were aware of everything that needed to be taken care of as I not only needed my entire roof replaced, I needed to have a section of plywood replaced that had rotted. Todd, the owner, was also very helpful and responsive. I met him at the beginning when selecting the roofing shingle style I preferred, and again when I reached out to him after there had been delays with them getting started on the project due to weather. He was also very responsive after the roof had been completed, as I contacted him to let him know about some additional cleanup that was needed after the small snowfall had cleared - it had snowed again right as they finished up with the project. He came out personally and had a crew member join him, as well, to go around my roof and house to provide further cleanup, since the the snow had now melted. They replaced my roof during cold temperatures, which I had some initial concerns about, but my concerns were alleviated when I saw the thorough waterproofing system they used when installing the roof. The new roof took 5 days to be completed from start to finish. They tore the old roof off in one day and repaired the section that needed to be repaired as well that day. It took an additional couple of days longer than initially planned, as they needed to wait 2 days to complete installing the last section of the roof due to unexpected snowfall. However, I am very confident everything was waterproofed very thoroughly as I was shown the system they use to make sure everything was completely protected. I am writing this a few months after they completed the job and after going through a couple of really strong windstorms, as well as the majority of the winter season. I can say the roof passed with flying colors and absolutely nothing was disturbed - it looks great! (I should also not that the winds peaked at over 65 MPH here on at least one occasion.) I would highly recommend Mitchell, Todd and Todd's crew for your roofing job, as they were not only professional and responsive to the ongoing weather changes (bringing over extra crew where and when necessary), they were a pleasure to work with personally as well. I have since recommended them for a new job to work on my mother's roof, as she had some wind damage from the recent strong wind storms, and I would never do so if I did not feel they would do an excellent job for her too. In late February 2019, my neighborhood experienced what was described as "hurricane-force" wind gusts that reached 60-70 MPH. My family's home bared the brunt of this wind, and had dozens of shingles ripped from the roof. Not knowing what to do I searched online for potential roofers to come out. Hello Friends, This Buffalo Roofing company can do it all! I contacted Buffalo Roofing company typically just like reaching out to any other companies around to get my Roofing done as well as my siding replacement and Mitchell Rivera contacted me within 15 minutes from my initial call. I asked if he could help me with my situation and he quickly replied YES. Also, he said they will work with the Home owners insurance company to deal with/address all queries and provide efficient support when required to answer all the issues/concerns raised by insurance company. Later, Mitchell Rivera said he will give me a call back in few minutes. It started with a damage estimate regarding my roof with many of the shingles that blew off New Year's Day! I called you, Buffalo Roofing, for an estimate for the insurance company! And this is when you introduced yourself. After your assessment of the damages you asked me if I had 15 mins to discuss it! I reluctantly said, "only 15 minutes!" Well was I wrong!! Fifteen minutes turned into 4 hours and my reassurance that the cost of a complete roof would be covered under my insurance not to mention my deductible would be covered if I displayed a Buffalo Roofing sign on my lawn. I really thought this was impossible but with your reassurance and explaining it all you made me feel confident that I would not have to pay anything. So I agreed and a contract was drawn up!! I had my roof entirely replaced with Buffalo Roofing. If you're having any issues or problems with your roof then you MUST go with this company. Trust me, I've lived in WNY for my entire life and these guys are the "good neighbors" that Buffalo is known for. I've had experiences with all types of contractors and Buffalo Roofing has the MOST professional people I've worked with. I watched the entire process as they replaced my roof completely and I can tell you that they will treat your home like it's their own. I did a thorough walkthrough when they left and the quality of the repair amazed me. I couldn't believe how much care they took into replacing the roof. My experience with Buffalo Roofing was great . I am glad they were recommended to me for my Job. They did everything with the insurance company. This was handled by Mitchell. Let me tell you not having to navigate an insurance claim alone was a DREAM come true. The General Manager, Joel stayed on the job to see everything went right, and it did. I just had to approach him and ask who he was, as he was watching the men work from his truck. I would say he visits all of the jobs and the workers seem to know this. I liked that! Due the rainy weather and other unforeseen issues there was some delay in starting the job. When they started they finished quickly and clean up was GREAT, no complaints about that. Anything, I needed I got, from Mitchell and JOEL. The owner, Todd, I met at the office and what a Business he has built. At Family Counseling Associates, we have suffered from an infrequent, seemingly impossible leak into our reception ceiling, that occurs 2-3 times a year typically in snowy, slushy weather. I finally decided that we needed to bring in experts to diagnose and fix the problem. When getting estimates, I was particularly impressed with Joey Revelino's (sp?) diagnosis and solution to fixing this long term problem. They gave me the best price of the three companies I contacted, and set up a date in early July to perform the complicated repair so that the leak cannot recur. I had a tear off roof done by Buffalo Roof this summer. I called to setup an appointment to get a quote for the job. Later that day they had already sent someone out to get a quote. When I was explaining that I had lost a number of shingles that winter due to a windstorm, I was told that my homeowner's insurance may cover some or all of the cost of replacing the roof. This was something I had not considered at all and definitely did not expect. After getting in contact with insurance, the sales guy from Buffalo Roofing met the insurance adjuster who came out to look at the damage and showed him his own report. My homeowner's insurance ended up covering the entire cost of replacing the roof. While picking out shingle tiles I was given both a booklet of the available shingle colors and also addresses of houses in the areas with each color I was interested in, which helped inform my decision. They started and finished the roofing job on a Thursday, and the garbage/cleanup was picked up by Sunday. read more

I had a leak in a 7 year old roof. Called Buffalo Roofing. They offered to come out immediately. I was going out of town and said I'd be back next Wednesday. On Wednesday Tyler called me before I had a chance to call him. I wasn't available until 4pm. He called before 4 to make sure we were still on. He was a few minutes early. Checked my roof. Explained the problem. Said the problem could be fixed by stripping some siding and redoing a section of the roof. He said it would cost about $1500 to do it that way. He said he thought he could fix it a lot simpler with caulk. Offered to fix it on the spot and did. He didn't charge me to fix it and said to call if there were any other issues. The staff and crew of Buffalo Roofing is professional, knowledgeable and has expertise in working with the home insurance industry which, for us, resulted in insurance coverage for a new roof due to loss of shingles to an older roof during a wind storm. Our only out of pocket expense was the deductible. Buffalo Roofing does not recommend nor will they do a patch job and, as in our case, did a total tear off of the old shingles and replaced them with shingles having a life span of 50 years and resilient up to a 130 mph wind. In the horrible winter of 2014-15 my roof started to leak. I called Todd and he was there in the matter of minutes and had his crew go up on my roof and shovel off and tremendous amount of snow.
