It was getting dark and they said they would be back in morning. Their work rope hanging from tree, and they never came back. I have reached out and after several months will be starting small claims process. We believe we were a quick extra cash job because christmas was days away. We paid them what they asked and added additional cash in appreciation. In need of help we made a cash, no reciept, tax free arrangement. But texts are reciepts in court. We are disabled but not incapable. Trust No One!​

My daughter-in-law stopped there on Sunday and picked up two pumpkins and a houseplant. The girl who checked us out made sure to educate her the plant (it's of the carnivorous variety, which is new to her, so we really appreciated the info on caring for the plant). Tuesday, she was redeeming her receipt for cash on the Fetch app and noticed she was charged for a Mum we didnt buy. She called and spoke with Meg (I believe) and Meg was great! She said there are times when they use the register for a price check and forget to cancel it out. She apologized a few times and was able to credit her credit card right back, no questions asked. She even sent a confirmation for the reimbursement. Amazing customer service, we're happy to be regular customers!

I see their trucks all over my area however wasn't impressed with their response to my desire for service. Too many other businesses in the area that do what they say and say what they do. In early spring, Paul came out and gave me an estimate for a spring cleanup, weed & feed and for some landscaping. The communication between the staff (Nicole in particular) has been amazing. She always calls with a question and has been extremely responsive to my requests. The way this company used technology really helps the customer. The workers who completed the landscaping today were very professional. They clearly cared about the work and were willing to listen to my thoughts as well.
