We had our gutters tear off during a crazy windstorm. As a result, I researched gutters and found out that even they are a little more expensive, seamless was the way to go. I called Gutter King, left a message around 6:00p and had a return call first thing the next morning. Later that day, I had someone at my house giving me an estimate. I accepted the bid and they scheduled appointment for the next day(usually I am told it's within a week, but we are currently in the off season). The workers arrived on time and got right to work. Within 2 hours they had my old gutters down, the new ones up and the site cleaned up. The gutters look great, come with a 10 year workmanship warranty and an even longer warranty on the materials. WARNING to Gutter King Customers and Potential Customers: I purchased my gutters for my home from GUTTER KING. I will give them a good review for quality gutters and polite installers. The problem to be aware of...10 Year Warrenty from gutters leaking, the owner Nick doesn't HONOR without giving reasons to correct an issue without charging you for additional services or equipment to correct their work. I called to address a problem on my flat roof in May, 2026. Gutter King receptionist said she would share with owner Nick, I was put on hold. When she returned, she said I didn't pay for extender drip edges for that area on my roof. If they are the king experts for gutter installation, why wasn't this addressed at installation. The other excuse they provided to collect more money from honoring their warranty, is getting my gutter cleaned by them. My gutters are clean, they continue to provide excuses to collect more money without directly honoring their 10 Warrenty. I have called five times to address this issue politely, each time told the owner, Nick, will get back to me, it's NOW been four weeks, since my last call, June, 2026. What a disappointment and poor customer service to honor their warranty. I expected so much more from Nick and his company. My flat roof issue to date still hasn't been resolved by GUTTER KING OWNER NICK. read more

We had no previous experience with ice dams forming on our roof. This was our first Buffalo winter, and it was what we expected in terms of snow; more than what we expected in terms of cold... and honestly had few expectations when it came to ice on the roof. Cue water draining through our roof near the gutters and out our kitchen light sockets and you have how we came to use Gutterking for ice removal. They were quick to answer our inquiry and did a thorough and professional job (not to mention doing so during another snow squall!) Water is now draining as it should- outside, and not inside, and we know who we will work with for our gutter needs in the future! read more

Recently had an estimate and job done by Gutter King. They came to my house for the estimate, I told them what I wanted done and was given a price. The price was a couple hundred $ below other estimates, so I chose them. After the job was done and they had left, I noticed that they only put fascia on one side of my home's 3 gables. I called them about their oversight and a couple days later I have a gentleman at my door to give me an "estimate" to finish the job they were instructed to do in the first place. $400! The owner was then put on the phone and I was told, "too bad". What a scam!!!! Save yourself the aggravation and money, go with someone else! read more

Gutterking installed my gutters and did a fine job but as far as gutter cleaning, I won't call them again. Their rates are (very) high but they said they would wash down debris from the roof that has potential to get into the gutters. I scheduled with them because one of my roof areas is not very steep and it collects a lot of debris from my maple tree. They did a very cursory job on that roof area, removing about 10% of the debris. They were walking up on the roof quite a bit. How hard would it have been to toss down a couple of the larger branches? Or sweep it off? They cleaned the gutters yes. But they left gutter debris in my landscaping and all over my back patio saying it would blow away once it dried. I found a piece of my siding in the landscaping too. The part that keeps the water from seeping. No mention of that. They left the bag of wet debris sitting in my driveway without mention of it being there. No big deal really but a mention would have been good. I see very little customer care here. Just a couple guys trying to get through as much as possible in one day. Probably over booked. I get it. But the price tag. If it had been reasonable, I would have been satisfied. read more

Had all of my gutters replaced by Gutterking. Originally, I selected this company after obtaining a few different estimates because they were also going to take care of an issue I had with water coming down on a window from a Mansard roof (for an extra charge). Turned out they could not install that extra part which made hiring them a bad decision. Worse, after the installation they left a mess of nails and other items everywhere. Even much worse, after two days I noticed that there was standing water in an area of the new gutters indicating it was not pitched correctly. I called and they eventually did come back out. They supposedly changed the pitch but one of the workers was saying "well not much we can do" and was trying to blame it on the design of the house. To this day, I still get standing water in the same area and it is clearly not pitched correctly. I also paid to have one area of fascia replaced and was very disappointed that they used cheap pine wood that was not the right width and was not treated. Would not recommend at all. I am very happy with this company! The office staff was extremely pleasant, they showed up for the estimate when they said they would and the estimator took the time to answer my all my questions and was very knowledgeable-he even told me I could still use a few of my existing downspouts instead of going ahead and replacing all of them-he could have just said I needed a whole system and I wouldn't have known the difference!! Their price was very resonable too for the quality of work and materials they used and the installers were professional and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I now have a beautiful, (if you can say that about gutters?!) properly installed gutter system that I don't have to worry about. I would def rec Gutterking to anyone who needs new gutters or repairs or an inspection/cleaning of their gutters. They get an A+++ in my book! read more
