Hired for gutter repair work…read more CW construction replied quickly. They came out and gave me an estimate where a competitor wanted to come out and do the work but wouldn't give me a ball park number first. Others didn't respond. The weather caused the appointment to be pushed multiple times (snow and high speed winds which is what caused the damage in the first place), but the work is done and the gutter appears very secure now. Pricing seemed reasonable for the time and materials used. They were friendly and open to various payment options. The estimate came slightly under the quote, (rounding distance so very slight) which is always nice. Notes: I know it's hard being a contractor and taking calls while working, but more prompt notifications about appointments being moved would be nice. Communication wasn't timely but I had the sense that there wasn't a home office fielding work, so I'm certainly more understanding. Hard to be timely when you're dangling from roofs trying to get work down before the next storm wave. They were certainly better than some other contractors I recently worked with.

It went from the worst-looking house on the street to the very nicest! Jeremy was exceptional and always responded to questions and some changes I made. and helped me select the perfect colors and matching roof tile. I had a piece of siding come loose after a windstorm, and it was fixed without question. Mann Construction also repaired a window sash after the tenant used a window as a door to sneak someone into the house. Mann construction fixed it right away, and the charge was absolutely unbelievably inexpensive. Absolute professionalism and straight shooters.

My husband and I just moved into our forever home when we realized there was a leak coming in. My husband calls Mann construction and speaks with Jeremy who sets an appointment right away. I was impressed from the start as Jeremy not only showed up, but he was early and prepared. He did a thorough investigation of my roof to determine the issue. He was able to determine that I did not have the appropriate roof system up (I have a low sloped roof) and gave me multiple options to fix it. No other company even mentioned that I didnt have thr appropriate roofing system. Right after doing the physical part of the quote, he sent it to me right away! Now I had several roofers say they woukd send me the quote and then they ghosted me. At this point I was sold and nothing was done to the roof yet. Jeremy got us scheduled right away and the day of the work, the crew was early. The crew was extremely respectful of my home and did their best to cover/protect/clean the mess (I needed a partial tare off). The crew did thr work quickly/efficiently and they addressed all of my issues and were very friendly. I can't say enough positive aboit my experience. I would highly recommend for services.

It was incredibly stressful, especially after another company had already been out and didn't resolve the issue - the leak came back the very next day. They made the process super easy, communicated every step of the way and the roof turned out great. The Good: - The…read morepre-sale process was smooth. Jake had an excellent presentation - They were the lowest bidder - The roof looks good and I have not had any issues with it. - Their "A" team came out to correct some issues (the flashing looked like it had been installed by a 4th grader) The Bad: - I was told that a PM would be onsite the entire time. In reality he was on site for maybe 10% of the project - My project was sub-contracted out to a another team and I was NOT informed of this. This became a major problem when I started having issues and could not talk to anyone (the subcontractors did not speak english). Note that Buffalo Fresh Roof is NOT the company you are signing with. The contract is actually with Bors Pros Construction - Within an hour on the first day, the protective tarps had come down and there was debris raining down on my deck and flower beds. When the PM showed up at the end of the day, he said that this could not be helped. Of course, that is garbage - they wouldn't put the tarps up if they didn't have a purpose. Also, this is not what I was told in pre-sales. As a side note, I saw the same sub-contractors working on a project down the street for another company a few weeks later. There were no problems with the tarps on that project. - The roofers decided to try to do a u-turn in my lawn and got stuck (I still have the ruts). They then gave me attitude when I refused to try to pull them out using my truck. - I have damage to my gutters, deck, flower beds and lawn. - I am still finding nails around the perimeter of the house To be fair, the PM did knock off the additional cost incurred in replacing some of the plywood. It wasn't worth what I am going to have to spend in the spring to fix my yard, flowerbeds and lawn - I just wanted them gone.
