Brought my car, well towed to Gerber. Vehicle was completed in a timely fashion. Car looked brand new, was a cleaned inside and out! I normally pay Delta once a year to do it, this saved me $100. Left with car, noticed something did not sound right. Brought it right back to Brandon. He apologized and said he will order a "rack" ? ASAP. Because I travel so much, I had to drive the car. Long story short, I lost power steering, the EPAS (electronic power assisted steering system) went. Brought vehicle back. Going in I knew a EPAS system costs ~$1600-$1800 was a tad nervous. Brandon had it fixed ASAP. When I went in, NO ADDITIONAL charges!!! Not sure how these other people are giving horrible reviews, I did NOT have their issues. Only professional people, doing a professional job. I HOPE I don't have to use them again, but if I need body work, they will be the only ones, I call...

They were upfront and honest about everything. No pressure to have the work done there, but I ended up doing it anyway because I felt good about it. They texted regularly with a link that showed where in the process it was and the current costs (insurance's, of course) as they went through the work, which I thought was great. Finished very quickly, and it looks great! It came back cleaner than I left it, which is always nice. I can't speak to how they are for major repairs, but they were certainly great for what I needed.

There were some issues with my car being delivered by the tow company and after expressing my frustrations the manager called me directly to clarify everything and give me peace of mind.
