Dropped the car off early since I knew it had to be there awhile. When I called later in the day to get an estimate for a pick-up time, it was about done. Someone walked me through the changes and new equipment. I was pretty comfortable without this but it was fine. I also had someone else in the parking lot with me. But the business should note that some individuals may not want to sit in their cars alone with a stranger. And, if you are picking up your car, bring a friend in this situation to sit with you for the tutorial!

We had bought a Samsung Series 8+, Definitive Technology rear speakers, a DT center speaker, a Surfire subwoofer, and a Denon AVR Theatre Surround Receiver. We scheduled a instillation and the crew came over a few weeks later and installed everything to perfection. They set up the system took the specific readings for the speaker layout and set it up and trained us so it was a fun and exciting process. Fast forward 10 years and I decided to upgrade my front speakers that I had bought in 1989 and start shopping around for a new pair. I settled on the Bowers and Wilkins 704 S2. So now I got the bug to start playing vinyl again and went back to "Dave" to look for a turntable. Dave Lane personally helped me decide which turntable would be suitable for my system and showed me the Rega line. I did not want to break the bank for a turntable and after listening to the p2 I decided it would work just fine for my listening needs. I was advised that it would require a pre-amp, (not too expensive) to be able to use with my Denon AVR receiver. Dave went over how to install it, very simple, and set the tone arm to the correct weight and anti skate setting. So now I was not done I enjoyed the experience and service of Dave and had a good connection with him, (we are both the same age and business owners), that I did bite the bullet and purchased a new NAD AV Surround Amplifier to replace my original Denon which by the way still works beautifully. The New NAD is a magnificent product, although expensive upfront, it will bring years of listening pleasure and enjoyment to our family. It puts a smile on my face every time I see and use it. There were some issues with getting it set up but Dave personally came over after work and spent a fair amount of time helping to get it set up correctly. I can not say enough about Dave and his crew. His expertise and products are top notch and can manage to fit entry level components to state of the art under one roof. Imagine a plumber or election coming back into your home and ripping out the pipe or electrical wires if there is a Job problem and payment is being with held until fixed. I don't trust this company. When I picked up the truck, I realized the next day that there was a missing plug in the bed of my truck. I drove to the Lyell Ave store to discuss this and was told that the part would need to be ordered through Nissan and that they would do so given that their technician had lost the plug. I was told that they would call in a "few days" to let me know when to return for the correction. Approximately one to two weeks later, after not hearing from them, I called back and was told that I was speaking to a manager and that he would contact me right away with an answer. Several weeks later, I have yet to receive a call. Long story short, I replaced the plug myself at my own expense. The aggravation was not worth the hassle of continuing this futile exchange with this business. At this point, I don't wish to be contacted for any reason: that ship has passed. I solved the issue myself. I was hoping that the subpar Yelp rating would not prove to be correct as I considered Ziebart to be a long term and reputable company. I've used their services in the past with mostly positive results. I may rethink my choice in the future and read the reviews in a closer fashion.
