If payment is not made as agreed, Seller can remove said equipment and materials at the Seller's expense. Any damage resulting from said removal shall not be the responsibility of the seller. This paragraph in the contact were not agreeable to me. Imagine a plumber or election coming back into your home and ripping out the pipe or electrical wires if there is a Job problem and payment is being with held until fixed. I don't trust this company. My take away is that the have too many unsatisfying customers that did not pay due to unsatisfactory work. My personal conjecture.

I also asked them if they could do anything about a stain on the spoiler and a door ding. When I picked up the car, I noticed a blister in the wrap on the spoiler. I mentioned it and the guy said he would re-wrap it. Which I assumed meant they would do it at no extra charge. When I brought the car back for the new wrap, the manager said they wouldn't do it for free, but would give me a discount. I agreed because I just wanted it done. Then they tried to talk to me into some add on coverage, which I declined as I've already got ceramic on it. I left the car for them to wrap and they kept it for two days, which I assumed meant they were being thorough because they've always done a great job in the past. When I picked the car up I was extremely disappointed. The new wrap looks awful. If anything, it looks worse than when I started. At this point, I don't even want them to touch the car. I'm just going to take it to someone who actually knows what they're doing.

Liked the seat and went ahead and ordered the pillion adventure seat the next week during business hours. Wasn't even an hour later and I already had an e-mail saying the seat has shipped. Only regret is I should have ordered both seats at once to save on shipping but that's not the shop's problem--I wanted to make sure I liked the first seat before ordering the second so that's all on me.
