Incredible customer service from start to finish. I wish I could bring my car here for everything a car could need. There seemed to be something not working quite right with my remote start that was installed by then several years prior. Since they I stalled it, they stand behind servicing 100%. Making an appointment was easy and they were able to get my car in within a couple days. The person who I met at the front desk was so friendly and warm. He answered all my questions well and I wasn't made to feel stupid, uncomfortable or like I was wasting his time. He seemed very genuine when explaining things and was able to fix everything in less that two hours. They're located right next to a diner, which made waiting for the car even more comfortable. Had remote start installed, for the price its not great. Really hard to get it to work, takes 4 to 5 tries usually to get it to trigger. They handed me the keys and fobs and no instruction paperwork. I have no idea what model it is. I asked for a manual and the guy came up with a little pamphlet. When I got home and looked at it, it was just about the fobs. Still in the dark on the thing. The first time I went to them for an amp replacement on my 2012 Audi a4 , they did a great job back in 2020. I recently went back to get a side speaker put in my front door because it was blown and after they replaced it is was rattling bad when I had the bass on. It did not sound like that before I went to them so I scheduled a recheck appointment. When I went back, the apparent "head audio expert" told me that the problem is that I need to turn my bass down, he could find nothing wrong and that basically in a nutshell it's my fault for the rattling. Soooo...he's telling me that my Audi A4 cannot handle the factory speaker and system that it's meant to handle?! Then he goes, don't worry I turn the bass down for you! And that was my recheck!!! OK I am a girl but I am not stupid, so I had my mechanic friend look thoroughly at it, take off my door panel and what the problem was that they cross threaded a screw (basically put the screw in not straight) putting back together my panel to the metal door and completely screwed up the bolt and screw wasn't even tightened and obviously they had to of known bc it wouldn't go in all the way but they said screw it apparently. They also did not put back 2 other screws. Since the screw was cross threaded, my mechanic and I sat there for a couple hours trying to get this stuck screw that took off a piece of my car metal bolt and was not budging finally free from the door, there was no other option but to rip it out and now there was no way to put a new screw in bc the bolt was gone. We ended up putting some foam between the metal door and panel so it doesn't rattle against it instead of the screw bc of their negligence. Thank god for my mechanic that took the time to correctly diagnose their mess up. how dare they not to even fully diagnose the recheck when they did it! And to tell me I can't have my bass so high ! Poor products and terrible service. Had two of four custom wheels crack. Took total of 5 months for replacements and they charged "price difference" of $60+tax. Paid $1000 for originals...DISCOUNT TIRE DIRECT or TIRE RACK have better products at half the price! read more

I had remote start installed in my car. They had suggested that I test my remote to check the range before the install (which, of course, I forgot to do). Had the remote start installed, but it had very poor range due to the car's key remote. I scheduled a follow up appointment to get a booster to improve the range. They installed the booster in a half hour, and did it for me free of charge! Merry Christmas! And the range is spectacular now! Contrary to some of these other reviews, I think their customer service is top notch! read more

Had a friend go there to have a stereo installed in their truck. When it was picked up, he was only able to get one FM station, and was told he needed a new antenna (for another $100.00). Wouldn't you think a good salesperson would go into more detail when you're looking to upgrade? Hmmmm, lost a potential future sale here... read more

Horr customer care! Claims to have a 20 year exsper, tint installer. Worse tint jobs ive ever seen in my life. Terrible fingering. Using a blotter machine to pre cut tint that does not match up windows. Clearly rushed jobs. Terrible job read more
