Making an appointment was easy and they were able to get my car in within a couple days. The person who I met at the front desk was so friendly and warm. He answered all my questions well and I wasn't made to feel stupid, uncomfortable or like I was wasting his time. He seemed very genuine when explaining things and was able to fix everything in less that two hours. They're located right next to a diner, which made waiting for the car even more comfortable. They handed me the keys and fobs and no instruction paperwork. I have no idea what model it is. I asked for a manual and the guy came up with a little pamphlet. When I got home and looked at it, it was just about the fobs. Still in the dark on the thing. I'm dealing with it cuz I don't want to return. In my opinion, I don't recommend them.
