Customer service was excellent in terms of communication and accommodation. Zack was the mechanic who worked on my son's vehicle. He was diligent about contacting me with the diagnosis, repair costs and repair time. I felt very comfortable asking what may be perceived by an auto tech, to be silly questions. Zack was patient and took the time to explain things to me in a matter that I could understand. My son picked his car up Friday afternoon. They have earned my trust. The shop is not open on weekends, but I have always been able to get a prompt appointment during the week. I requested an engine compression test, and was told it would involve more time, which was fine. What I received: 10 photos of the undercarriage and two lines about the seller being old and needing to sell. No start. No compression test. No other photos. No evidence anything else had been examined. There seemed to be something not working quite right with my remote start that was installed by then several years prior. Since they I stalled it, they stand behind servicing 100%. Making an appointment was easy and they were able to get my car in within a couple days. The person who I met at the front desk was so friendly and warm. He answered all my questions well and I wasn't made to feel stupid, uncomfortable or like I was wasting his time. They handed me the keys and fobs and no instruction paperwork. I have no idea what model it is. I asked for a manual and the guy came up with a little pamphlet. When I got home and looked at it, it was just about the fobs. Still in the dark on the thing. I'm dealing with it cuz I don't want to return. In my opinion, I don't recommend them.
