They make promises that they do not intend to keep in order to get you into a car. I signed paperwork that explained that they will pay the remainder of my lease so that I can get into the Ford sooner. They never paid that. I have the paperwork still but they claim that the contract only covered a "disposal fee" that was less than 1/3 of what was left on the lease. These were the major issues I had with this rotten company: 1) They agreed to pay the remainder of my lease and I have Toyota calling me daily asking for that money that James Ford never sent them. I've contacted the sales person 4 times, the Title Clerk 3 times, the General Manager 2 times, and the finance office 2 times. 3 weeks later, I finally heard back from the sales person telling me that he can't help me and from the GM telling me that they can't deliver on their promise. 2) I got a notice from DMV for lapse of insurance (WHICH I NEVER HAVE HAD) because James Ford never sent in my proof when THEY offered to take care of everything. 3) The Sync doesn't work in my vehicle that they sold me. I tried several times to get them to look at it and fix it and I am either ignored or sent away when I show up. I only bought this vehicle 1 month ago and I can honestly say that I have never had a worse car buying experience.

Not only did they replace our wheel with an almost exact match on our 14 year old car, they straightened our bent rim so that we could try using it as a full-sized spare once we get home. They were friendly and helpful and we felt in very good hands. In about 1 hour, they found, mounted and balanced the new wheel, straightened the old rim and sent us on our way. So straightforward and honest - they were looking at every option to keep the price down and get us the best value. These guys know their stuff and I would highly recommend them!!
