I signed paperwork that explained that they will pay the remainder of my lease so that I can get into the Ford sooner. They never paid that. I have the paperwork still but they claim that the contract only covered a "disposal fee" that was less than 1/3 of what was left on the lease. These were the major issues I had with this rotten company: 1) They agreed to pay the remainder of my lease and I have Toyota calling me daily asking for that money that James Ford never sent them. I've contacted the sales person 4 times, the Title Clerk 3 times, the General Manager 2 times, and the finance office 2 times. 3 weeks later, I finally heard back from the sales person telling me that he can't help me and from the GM telling me that they can't deliver on their promise. 2) I got a notice from DMV for lapse of insurance (WHICH I NEVER HAVE HAD) because James Ford never sent in my proof when THEY offered to take care of everything. 3) The Sync doesn't work in my vehicle that they sold me. I tried several times to get them to look at it and fix it and I am either ignored or sent away when I show up. I only bought this vehicle 1 month ago and I can honestly say that I have never had a worse car buying experience.

He's authentic, operates with complete integrity, happily explains everything & does not rush you. On top of his professionalism, he does everything possible to make sure you leave with a great car. He gets to know each car before selling: driving them himself for a time, inspecting them, buying from trusted sources. Cars are clean with new brakes, inspection & any necessary repairs made. His 6 month warranty is hard to find at other places, and you can also buy extra protection for reasonable prices. I have never trusted a stranger, let alone a car dealer, as much as him! But I don't see him as a car 'dealer'... he's a car enthusiast, and a good guy. Very hard to find these days. I will never buy a car from anyone else again, and plan to make the hour drive if I need repairs, because I like dealing with quality people, and that's what he is. This was an experience I'll never forget! Support this business, it's gold!

It's that time of year where the car needs just about everything - an inspection, and oil change,…read moreand a registration renewal. The registration was easy! But I had been dreading the inspection and the oil change. We had JUST found a mechanic we liked in the last area, and then we moved. And y'all know how hard it is to find a trustworthy mechanic! I have also had a check engine light popping on and off for months, something I was worried would cost a lot of money and time to fix, and possibly prevent us from passing our yearly inspection. A family member recommended King's Auto Service. She swore up and down that they were the best! So after calling a few other local places I called King's. I liked them immediately because they were the first place to tell me that they could not give a set quote for the work we needed - it may take less or more time, and it may not be a part that has to be replaced at all, it could be something less complicated like a clog. They seemed friendly and knowledgeable. So I made the appointment and waited about 2 weeks to bring the car in. When I dropped it off the check engine light had disappeared AGAIN. But they were able to get to the bottom of it anyway (it was just a quick wiring fix and did not need to be replaced after all), give us the oil change, perform the inspection, and replace a couple of bulbs in no time at all. And the cost was reasonable! I also want to add that they have the cheapest oil changes I have seen in quite a while, a whopping $20 less than every other place I have checked. So far we are definitely happy customers, and we plan to go back for any other work the car may need. (Hopefully not TOO soon though!) Highly recommend!

He's taken good care of many of our family for years. I've gone in with a problem I feared would cost hundreds of dollars only to be summoned back with a loose wire and no charge. This shop is VERY busy. Honesty and good work is the reason. It may take several days to get your car an appointment, but you'll know that you and your car are in good hands.
