This is where we go for service for our three cars. Phil is trustworthy, quick, and charges a fair price.

I said well could I at least get an oil change? The guy goes in the back and says they don't have any oil for my car lol screw this place

Scum. Scammers. I brought my car in on Monday 9:30am to get…read moremy starter replaced. I was quoted around $600 and 2.3 hours to get it fixed. They told me they would call me when they finished system diagnostics and start working on the car. I received no calls for the rest of the day. I called back twice and they said the car not even been in the shop yet. One whole day wasted. Tuesday morning comes around and I get a call from them. Yup starter issue and a couple recommended repairs. I chose only the starter replacement. Side issue - $370 to replace/fix one ball joint??? The pricing here is outrageous. I get another call later in the afternoon that the mechanic BROKE one of the starter bolts and the threading CAME OUT. They said I had to pay an additional $295 for 1.5 hours to rethread the hole. You mean to tell me the customer is the one who has to pay for damage caused by the mechanic??? You mean to tell me there was absolutely no way to get that out in one piece? Did you actually try all options or decided to take the short cut and just charge the customer even more than what they needed on the car? Then hours later, I get another call where I was informed that bolt they broke was SPECIAL ORDER meaning it'll take a day to arrive. Great, I'm now without my car for 2 days, going into 3. Wednesday comes around they finally fix my car at around 10-11am. I wait until the afternoon to pick it up. They still tried to charge me for fixing damage they caused. A $600 initial quote becomes over $1000??? Does that sound reasonable? I argued with them and they at first not willing to take the fault. After a couple minutes, they decided to "eat the charge". Yes, you should. Your mechanic broke the bolt. You guys take responsibility to fix it. Not charge the customer even more. All in all, a 2.3 hour service took 2.5 days. The amount of inconvenience, annoyances, and anger caused by this service center. Never, ever, go here. I learned the hard way to not trust this service center.

Monday after work I stopped by Wegmans to pick up some groceries and got a flat tire. I hustled…read moreover to Hudson_Titus Service where I have bought gas for years. There was 20 minutes before closing. They got me in and fixed the tire but advised and warned me I needed a tire due to the 3_eights bolt hole in the tire.So I ordered a pair of tires, called my boss and took the day off. Next morning Tuesday I went to their shop and waited for the tire delivery, nothing. I waited all afternoon and Bob the owner got on the phone and so did Brian his mechanic. They made a few calls to their tire distributor and asked where my tires were. They were told a few stories. Bottom line, no tires. So I came home at 5 O'clock hoping that the tires would be delivered that evening and I could get them Wednesday morning. I went there there Wednesday morning after another day off,no tires. I was forced to go elsewhere for tires. My boss was getting annoyed. I was pleased with Bob and his mechanic how they stayed on the distributor, calling him, asking what the problem was with delivery. And Bob said he's had problems before. And after it happened to me he apologized and said this guy is going to get a piece of my mind. And I may add that Bob didn't charge me for repairing the flat the evening before, hey I ordered 2 new tires from him, and have bought gas there for a long time on weekends when I prepare for the week. I really respected Bob and his staff for their customer courtesy. I was impressed with how organized his store is. He has built a good business for himself. He was fair with me!

Which is nice to see. East ave has a lot of pissed off employees, this place does not, even when working in the cold. That tells me their managers and company probably treat them well. Their employees joked with us, were appropriately friendly, and made it a. Nice experience, instead of a rushed experience. We get Synthetic oil, paid 118.00 for oil change. Which is standard for this area for a quick change. But I like Jiffy lube the best because they give a thorough inspection. I've been to this location 2 times before today. Today was the same great service. I wish the technician used a funnel to pour the oil. He spilled some on the engine, but as expected, he was quick to clean it up, so I am happy. After they changed our oil, our check engine light came on. They quickly wiped out a diagnostic machine, to check the codes. We just had it inspected the day before, so it didn't make much sense. Then they popped the hood and checked what the codes were saying. I also like that they work together as team, and it shows in their work, and the way they speak to each other, no sarcasm or shade, just joy and smiles.

The tech was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Service was very fast. Thoroughly enjoyable…read moreexperience.
