Which was very confusing because why are you taking my money and sending me home with my car after 7 days of alleged maintenance...only for me to still hear the loud noise coming from my defective axle which is attached to the differential. His prices were fair and he answered all of my questions. I love how honest he is and how he called me to provide updates. He didn't have a part in store for my oil change and called me to provide me with the option to go elsewhere or wait until he could get a new part. I decided to wait because I trusted him. I had a service B performed on my Mercedes and asked that he also check my entire car to see if there was anything else that needed to be repaired. He later called me, found that my rear breaks were worn and provided me with a quote of the cost and I asked if he could replace them. On the day I picked up my car, Jerry was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me and even helped me replace my car license plates and put on my registration sticker. Finally as we got to know our neighborhood, we were referred to Phil's Auto clinic. Now, we bring all our cars here. Phil, his family, and his team are amazing. They have reasonable prices, they work hard, fast, and accurately. I trust what they tell me. If he doesn't know, he says he doesn't know. He won't fix things that don't need to be fixed, just to rule them out, which is extremely refreshing. One thing I can't stand to hear a mechanic say is, "I couldn't duplicate the problem" it sounds lazy, put the damn car in the lift and find the problem. That's what Phil does. Very convenient to have such a trustworthy mechanic, so close to home. I can walk there to pick up my cars. He cares about his customers, and the work that leaves his shop. I can say enough about this place. I know he is slammed and doesn't need the business. When he was recommended to us, we were nervous he wasn't taking any new clients. My exhaust was the first thing I've had done and I'm scheduled to get my struts and breaks fixed a little later! I just want to start off with how much they are working with me to get these things done. I'm not rich at all and if I had a stable job I would have loved to take them up on there offer with the credit options. But luckily, they know how to prioritize what needs fixing and scheduled me out for when I'll have the money to have those things fixed. Secondly, I want to point out how fast they got the job done! Julie had told me to bring it in so that they could diagnose the problem for me and that they could schedule me next week if I decided to get it fixed with them. Well, sure enough I bought it in on Friday morning, that same morning they were able to tell me what was wrong and the same day they ordered the parts and got it fixed! I literally got my car back at 3pm and genuinely did not expect that! I saw a sign in their shop and it said that they value their time, well I guess they also value everyone else's time too! I don't want to get into the free things that they did for me because I don't want anyone trying to come rip these lovely people off, but I do want to say the things that they did for me, that they had every right to charge me for, has let me know that I'm dealing with some really good people and has made this place my go-to spot! These are good hard working people who respects the customers that comes through their shop, no matter if you have a lot of money or not! The prices are absolutely doable and they don't pressure you if you can't do everything right then in there!
