The technician secured the exhaust piping and stated he would take it to the garage I chose and he would fill out the paperwork for me and drop off the key at the garage. This happened on a Sunday. This saved me from getting a ride to the garage and completing the key drop off paperwork. The technician treated the vehicle with care and was very courteous. I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation based on this experience.

Our roadside assistance provider contacted Essom's towing. We were told they would be there in 90 minutes. Our roadside assistance provider kept us updated, said they arrived. Didn't see anyone. They said they keep trying to call but no answer, but the tracker said they should be there. We decided to take out the middle man and call Essom's directly at 10:30pm. Essom told us they accepted the job at 8:38pm and then cancelled it at 8:45pm. Not sure why that wasn't translated to our roadside assistance company or if this really happened. It's late and cold, Essoms couldn't simply give the customer a call and verify hey I canceled the job or verify with our roadside assistance provider that their end updated? The person that answered the call at Essom's was not friendly and condescending that he canceled the job 7 minutes after he accepted it.

One of the sub-contractor trucking companies working for us got stuck at the dump site. And I mean stuck! Plus he was loaded. Probably 21 tons at least.
