Gates Towing was incredibly accommodating. They worked with me to create a flexible plan: I picked up his keys during his break, left them in the car, and called them once everything was set. They took their time loading my Porsche onto the flatbed. Hoping they do that with all cars, but Pedro the operator made me feel good about leaving the car in their hands. Which is standard for this area for a quick change. But I like Jiffy lube the best because they give a thorough inspection. I've been to this location 2 times before today. Today was the same great service. I wish the technician used a funnel to pour the oil. He spilled some on the engine, but as expected, he was quick to clean it up, so I am happy. After they changed our oil, our check engine light came on. They quickly wiped out a diagnostic machine, to check the codes. We just had it inspected the day before, so it didn't make much sense. Then they popped the hood and checked what the codes were saying. I also like that they work together as team, and it shows in their work, and the way they speak to each other, no sarcasm or shade, just joy and smiles.

He found some things that a Firestone mechanic missed back in February that could have caused some serious issues for us. I set my cruise control to the exact speed limit since she was practically driving in my backseat. Once we got near the end of 99N, she finally switched to the other lane. I shut off my cruise control and sped up to the flow of traffic at which point she decided to floor it to try and cut me off once again. This lady is driving a massive vehicle and speeding and cutting people off like she's in a Fiat.
