I received a text confirming my parking payment of $11, showing that I paid to park at 331-333 Alexander St. I was told my car was towed for blocking the road, but I was parked inside the parking lot, not on the road. A friend drove me to TowBuster, where they gave me a ticket stating that I was parked at 325 Alexander St. I explained to the woman there that I was not aware of any issue, and she told me to call the manager the next day. When I called the manager the next day, he was extremely rude. He repeatedly claimed that I parked in an apartment complex and told me to contact the parking company there. When I asked for the parking company's contact information, he said he didn't know. I then asked how he could be sure I parked in an apartment complex if he didn't know who owned the parking lot. At that point, he hung up on me. I am very upset because I had to pay $157 to get my car back, even though I paid for parking and believed I parked legally.

Trying to find this place was nearly impossible, not just because of the dark. barely any lights no real signs or address number on the building. We drove around the block and had to ask someone walking. Once there you have to wait at the gate and call their number. No one was actually at the building. A lady that lives near by and walks across the street not looking like an employee demands a credit card payment as your asking questions. Once payment is processed she lets you access your car. Absolutely terrible customer service. Others waiting to get the car had similar experiences. Lots of complaints.

Example: the first company I called quoted me 125 plus tax, told me they would arrive in 2 hours, and overall acted as though I was being obnoxious by asking for their service, so I turned them down. The second company I called arrived in thirty minutes with a flatbed. Soon thereafter he couldn't find a way to load my car and drove off, saying he had other calls to worry about. Finally I called Flower City, who arrived in twenty minutes and had it done in no time. Should've called them from the start and saved myself over an hour.

Towed my Girlfriends car from her own apartment parking lot that she pays to park in every month…read more(Apparently they don't have a list of which license plates are allowed to be there, which is bullshit because the apartment managers give them a list) literally 20 minutes after she parked. On New year's Eve. There are cars there that have been literally broken down for months that they won't tow, which shows that they only tow the people with money to pay them for their predatory scheme. Also. They're charging here for her car being in their impound lot over New Years day even though they're closed. How can you charge for the car being there if you're not going to be open to let people get there cars? It's predatory and absolutely shady. Seeing all the bad Yelp reviews and Facebook reviews it seems like they're a total scum business. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down yet, but mark my words, it won't be long until they are.
