For me, Corby's will always be my go-to collision shop. Being the daughter of a mechanic who owned a shop next to a collision shop in Buffalo, I know what good service is. I always relied on my father's expertise and connections and never worried about being taken advantage of. Since his passing, it's been a challenge finding service locally that I truly trust. When my parked van was hit a couple years ago, I took it to Corby's for the first time. I was impressed with how I was treated and the expert repair work performed. It was done in a reasonable amount of time and they communicated clearly and often. I walked away very satisfied. Fast forward to this year when my son's vehicle collided with a deer. We knew the vehicle had the possibility of being totaled, but hoped that would not be the case. The folks at Corby's kept us up-to-date daily with the status of the parts and repair costs. I purchased a…read morevan at this location and my salesman, Taylor Bennett was great, honest, informative, and very helpful. I would buy a vehicle off Tayor Bennett again anytime! The loan officer Mike Reese is a major problem at this location, he was told to get my loan from ESL credit union, because I do all my banking with them and knew I would be approved. I paid for most of the vehicle in cash and only wanted to get a small loan to keep my good credit score active. The loan was for only $8000.00. Mike Reese went ahead and requested a loan with FOUR different loan companies. BOB JOHNSON CHRYSLER, CANANDAIGUA NATIONAL, ESL FEDERAL CREDIT and ALLY FINANCIAL. BOB JOHNSON CHRYSLER did not approve the loan on the grounds that they do not give loans on the type of vehicle that I was purchasing! Obviously, Mike Reese does not know how to do his job, and doesn't care what effect his actions have on potential buyers! When I asked why did he run four loan requests. I was told only one would be a hard inquiry and the other three would be soft and not have any effect on my credit score. This was a lie and his actions resulted in four hard inquiries and lowered my score a lot. And then to make matters even worst he placed my loan with ALLY FINANCIAL, which had the highest interest rate of all the other loan companies. That was a total misuse of my trust and shows NO appreciation for customer purchases. So, it is obvious that he is NOT an honest person and does not care about a buyer's finances. If you are going to purchase a vehicle at this dealership you will want to obtain your own loan and NOT trust that Mike Reese would be a help to you or your family's needs. Have a 2022 Renegade XL Motorhome. Shortly after it was received, we realized that Diamond Shield…read moreforgot to install the left 1/2 of the bumper (with D.S.). Unfortunately, the resultant rock chips necessitated the bumper being re-painted (which they would not pay for). Now, the other 1/2 of the bumper Diamond Shield is "peeling off" and taking the paint with it. So, I will have to remove the D.S. & re-paint the bumper. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product, and what appears to be very poor installation and attention to detail (especially when they forgot to install 1/2 of it). As others have said: "Don't do it". It causes the problems it purports to prevent.

My husband and I spent over $3000 and they offered to give me $100 check for my inconvenience as my husband and I opted not to have them redo the front because it peeled within the first week. When they remove the film it also takes some of the paint with it. Jason told me he was going to send me a customer care kit for my inconvenience which we also never received. No follow-up wish I could recommend. Brett and Jason were very friendly in the beginning but after they received our money they don't follow thru.
