Assuming that traditional body work was required, I went to a reputable body work shop and subsequently was sent an estimate. Yelp steered me in a better direction. The doctor's procedures were more straightforward, didn't require repainting and his estimate was less than half of the body shop's and cut the time to part of a day instead of 2 days. The job was done promptly and properly - you'd be hard pressed to located where the dents were. There's another reason you should visit the doctor - these guys are easily some of most nicest (for lack of better words) you'll meet - they will treat you well.

I offered to split it but Scott was greedy and repeated he will "let" me pay $400.00 cash ( Thank you Scott mighty kind of you ) While on phone we both discussed the approx length of the crease I stated "approx 10" Scott repeated what I said So Scott starts pounding on door then suddenly "needs more" money Scot stated a body shop "will charge $3,000.00" to repair the door - actually Scott the price is $1,400.00 plus tax So basically Scott is fine to 1.) not pay his taxes 2.) not provide a discount while he's getting a cash ( no tax is NOT a discount - it's being GREEDY 3.) allow me to drive 30 miles 4.) not keep his word 5.) state a ridiculous repair "at a body shop" 6.) increase his price 200% 7.) have a failing memory about price and the phone convo Anyone that is a moving target such as Scott is not anyone I'd recommend - NEVER. Recently he hit a raccoon or larger rodent on a night drive and it damaged the front bumper of his supercharged G8. A friend at work recommended this shop in victor to have the work done. They got him scheduled very quickly, and completed the work even faster than expected. The white paint match was great, and the finish was good. The crew even took care of a quick mechanical repair that was unplanned, and did so at no cost even though they could have rightly charged 30 minutes of labor. We'll definitely go back!

Went for the higher price service that was not an issue UPDATE: 7/12 I took my car to another auto shop to have the exhaust system serviced They were very honest about the condition of my car They recommended that I do not put anymore money/repairs into it because the frame is so corroded with rust it is not safe to drive, It will never pass inspection and It would be dangerous to keep driving it at this point. The point is .... I should have been notified of this when I originally took the car in for service the first time at the end of April If it was put on a lift to look at the exhaust system - it would have been discovered the car is beyond repair Since the exhaust was not serviced as requested I am assuming the car never made it onto the lift So yes - I am not a happy customer Over $600 dollars for a water pump that I did not need, exhaust issue not addressed and a car that will never pass inspection again More importantly- there where major safety concerns that could have been detrimental to me and my family if an accident have should happened Check your frame ppl. The loan officer Mike Reese is a major problem at this location, he was told to get my loan from ESL credit union, because I do all my banking with them and knew I would be approved. I paid for most of the vehicle in cash and only wanted to get a small loan to keep my good credit score active. The loan was for only $8000.00. Mike Reese went ahead and requested a loan with FOUR different loan companies. BOB JOHNSON CHRYSLER, CANANDAIGUA NATIONAL, ESL FEDERAL CREDIT and ALLY FINANCIAL. BOB JOHNSON CHRYSLER did not approve the loan on the grounds that they do not give loans on the type of vehicle that I was purchasing! Obviously, Mike Reese does not know how to do his job, and doesn't care what effect his actions have on potential buyers! When I asked why did he run four loan requests. I was told only one would be a hard inquiry and the other three would be soft and not have any effect on my credit score. This was a lie and his actions resulted in four hard inquiries and lowered my score a lot. And then to make matters even worst he placed my loan with ALLY FINANCIAL, which had the highest interest rate of all the other loan companies. That was a total misuse of my trust and shows NO appreciation for customer purchases. So, it is obvious that he is NOT an honest person and does not care about a buyer's finances. If you are going to purchase a vehicle at this dealership you will want to obtain your own loan and NOT trust that Mike Reese would be a help to you or your family's needs. I had my pickup "rustproofed" by a local car wash/ detailer. After looking it over, I noticed they…read moredid a terrible job, missing as much as the covered. I went to Krown while in the area, explained what happened and made an appointment. Once at the appt, the service person came into the waiting room and showed me the car on the lift, explained he had to drill small holes in the doors and what he will be doing. An hour later, they brought it to the front all washed and super clean. Great job and covered everything well with rustproofing. Will be back!
