I have now purchased two trucks for my construction company from Friendly. My salesman John was anything but pushy, really down to earth and honest. My experience choosing a truck was stress free and surprisingly enjoyable. I took a chance coming here, as it is an hour and forty five minute drive for me. Worth every bit of it! You will not find a better selection of quality trucks, nor a better sales person. Today I brought my Ram 2500 diesel in with electrical issues, almost a month after purchasing it. The repair was not covered by the warranty, without missing a beat, upper management and the amazing service department took care of the issue and made it right with me, 100% satisfied. What started as a stressful and potentially expensive situation, was quickly turned into a taken care of non issue. After buying my car i noticed so many things wrong with it. The window is off the track and the seal is falling off, the middle console is loose, the plastic piece on the side seat is broken, the visor is broken and there's paint chipping along the drivers side. I will never go back to them and highly recommended finding a different place to buy your next vehicle. read more

I've made three separate trips to this dealership asking them to investigate a very noticeable noise and bounce coming from the rear suspension of my vehicle since purchasing it 2 weeks ago. Each time, I was told they couldn't find anything. Eventually, they picked up my car and kept it for two days--only to return it with the same response: "we don't know what you're hearing." The issue is loud and obvious enough that this felt dismissive and frustrating. To make matters worse, when my car was returned, the person dropping it off casually mentioned they "might've dropped some French fries" in it because they were hungry, and then told me the tank was empty and I'd need to get gas. That level of unprofessionalism was completely unacceptable. I want to be fair and say that working with Jason was a bright spot--he's been great throughout. But overall, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I expected better communication, accountability, and basic respect for my vehicle and time. read more

Did an amazing job fixing my brakes. They advised me that the rotors could be machined and only had to replace the brake pads. Saving me hundreds of dollars. Jeep was running a special buy three tires get four. Four new tires for under A thousand. read more

I knew what vehicle I wanted! My sales rep, Dave Dunn was amazing. However financing would be a struggle I knew given I have 5 auto loans (co signed for several family members). But the financing team worked their magic and I was able to get the financing with the numbers I wanted. The staff here are amazing! Never use this dealership especially for buying a used car. They rollback their mileage on their used vehicles to try and get more money out of them and then us as the purchasers get screwed on it. I found this out after I took my vehicle to another Dodge dealer for service work speedometer had 43,000 miles on it. Corporate Chrysler has a vehicle listed as 92,000 miles Question the dealership about it and they told me whoever entered the mileage had fat fingers. Last I checked a four on the keyboard is nowhere near a number nine and the mileage was also documented by a previous dealership before they had it have the paperwork to prove it beware of this dealership , I will be posting pictures and proof on TikTok and also YouTube very soon and also trying to get it posted in the local newspaper to warn everybody about the Steeler read more

I just purchased my first pick up truck. A 2020 RAM BIG HORN 1500. Friendly Dodge Chrysler Jeep lives up to their name. They had the truck I was looking for and were able to add a couple upgrades right at the store. They were willing to be competitive with other dealers as well. Marissa Stephan worked her tail off on a hectic Saturday. To see a sales associate jumping from one customer to the next, constantly taking phone calls and keeping a smile was impressive. Friendly Dodge is lucky to have such an employee. Some people might get annoyed that they are not getting undivided attention when making such an important purchase. But any free second Marissa had was helpful and focussed on making sure all my questions were answered. I drove an hour and a half to the dealership because Marissa was the most professional sales rep in a 150 mile radius from Cortland NY. My normal sales guy Dave is great, but he was on vacation so I regretfully went up anyway, sales lady I had was terrible. Crappy attitude. The manager refused to negotiate more than $500. Don't waste your time on the drive up, they tack on 10k for a lift rims and tires that you can purchase and install at a shop for 4K. I will no longer be doing business with them again after this terrible experience. read more

I am getting quite frustrated with this dealership and its lack of customer service... I bought my Jeep 47 days ago and have yet to receive my vehicles registration. I had a temporary one when I left. But it's only good for 45 days. It's been 48 days now and I am driving a vehicle with a temporary registration 3 days past due and I can't seem to get any straight answers. This, in my opinion, is bad business. Maybe a call to the New York State Comptrollers office is in order. Another thing! They sold me the truck knowing that the drivers door couldn't be unlocked using a key. This I had to discover on my own and now I need to make the hour long drive back so they can fix it! So if you want poor service, rude employees and false promises buy your next car here. I look at a used vehicle here awhile ago. It had more miles on it than i really wanted so i asked, what else do you have? I guess this translated to them as, "What do you think I need?" I had a bad experience with this dealership. Got my car here even though it was a long drive because a family member had a lot of dealings with them. I was told my car was checked over thoroughly and was assured it was problem free. Less than a month later it needed work. A year later the same problem occurred, this time out of warranty. My car broke down in the middle of the road and had to be towed to shop & diagnosed. The same part that was replaced by the dealership, was the issue.When I called the dealership to tell them, I was told I needed to talk to the service department but the manager wasn't in and I would receive a call the next morning. Never heard from them, when I called back, the manager I was put on the phone with was rude. They would not come and get my car and wanted me to drive it down, over an hour and a half away, in a vehicle that was clearly unsafe to drive. From start to finish dealing with them has been very unsatisfactory. Unreliable product and the service department is rude. I won't be dealing with them again and will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of them as well. read more
