Experience: I have nothing negative to say about Dave's. Dave and his son (and the other employee's I've encountered) are absolutely fantastic. They've been really friendly and informative the entire time to by myself and my fiancee. I've learned quite a bit about my car and as mentioned above, never feel like I've gotten ripped off. I do all my oil changes here and repairs (I've had a couple exhaust repairs and a couple wheel repairs) and am always quoted with costs consistent with low prices on car forums online. Overall: If you're in Geneva, NY and need auto repair done, go to Dave's. Don't mess around with Monroe or other chains that always find more things they want you to pay to repair. Dave's will let you know how your car looks and tell you what they think about your car and if anything does look on the verge of failing they'll let you decide if you want to do it now, down the road, somewhere else, or at not all. The only issue I've had is there are no appointments, so you just drop your car off the night before or in the morning and they call you when it is done. This could be inconvenient if you work outside of the area. Dave, the owner is a nice guy and seems to remember you after a few visits and remembers your car. The garage also does used car sales, and rents U-Hauls. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone in the area that needs work done on their vehicle.

Nathan and his crew helped me when I was stranded on the side of the road, Brad a service tech there pulled up beside me and offered me a hand to their shop, as i was stranded on the side of County 7 . From there the family took care of me while I was also not familiar with the area, it was Friday evening before Labor day weekend and they took my Truck , which just decided to stop driving and assure me they would take good care of it for me over labor day weekend. They communicated with me throughout the entire ordeal, checked over everything, took care of the issue they caught & had it ready by that Tuesday.
