A week ago, I had my winter tires changed to my all-season tires, and went grocery shopping afterwards. When I got home, I noticed a scuff mark all along the body of my car. Thinking this may have happened at the dealership, I immediately drove back. I spoke to the General Manager, Brian Vorhis, who reviewed my video taped visit. It showed me driving away in an unscathed car. He said that it appears that while I was shopping, someone recklessly hit the side of my car with their shopping car. Since my car insurance has a $500.00 deductible, Brian suggested that it might be wise for me to stop by Maguire Chevrolet Cadillac Body Shop next door before involving my car insurance, to get an estimate of cost repair there first. I took his advice, and dealt with Edward Rogers, the Body Shop Manager. This gentleman took a look at the damage, and immediately said that it appears that the paint was scraped off, he would like to see if he can buff it out. And, amazingly, it worked! When I thanked him profusely, Mr. Rogers said "I always do the right thing by our customers", and refused any payment. Thank you, Brian Vorhis and Edward Rogers for your honesty, and excellent customer service! Monika A.

Ryan Salino, the gentleman that greeted me, was very helpful and willing to take the time to explain the dealership policies and the great level of care that they take to ensure clients are satisfied with their purchase (3 days return policy, financing selection and 3-day possible change, not working for commission, lowest advertized price possible (no haggling), etc.). I initially went to the dealership simply to have a look at a used Prius V Two that was advertized on their website, but after discussing with Ryan and seeing the great incentives that Maguire was offering on a specific new Prius V Two, I took the latter for a test drive in the surrounding countryside and loved it. My wife and I ended up visiting the dealership again the next day where Ryan walked us through the processes (insurance, financing, extra protection, etc.) and, a few hours later, we drove away in our brand new car! Excellent experience - we will recommend to our friends!

Every step of the way, we felt very confident that we were getting the best deal and the best customer service. We learned so much about the car buying process, which was very helpful especially during these uncertain times when every industry is affected by Covid. It's a priority of his to get his customers a quality, reliable car, and he makes sure of that. We knew we weren't going to get the run around, or risk buying something that wasn't as reliable as it appeared. Bill is an excellent communicator and made us feel like we were his only clients. He made the whole process very smooth and easy, while getting us exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend Bill Card and Automotive Consultants for your next car purchase! They will take care of you like you are family - which is a really great way to buy a car :)
