After about ten minutes they informed me that I had a bad alternator and they could replace it that afternoon. I was fine with that, so he called and order the part that I needed then installed it and was finished in less than a hour. I was happy with the outcome and the price I paid. Mr. Havert was friendly during the entire transaction and kept me informed during the entire transaction. If you need car repairs and want to deal with a fair and experienced mechanic.
