I'm extremely disappointed with how this company handled my situation…read more Police recovered and called for my previously stolen truck to be towed at approximately 5:06 PM on a Friday--just minutes after this business closed at 5:00 PM. Because of that timing, I had no opportunity to retrieve my vehicle and was charged storage for the entire weekend. The company's website and the sign on the building state that it is open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays. However, when I went there during those posted hours, the business was not open. This made an already frustrating situation even worse and left me unable to access my vehicle as advertised. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, I was also charged a wait-time fee. When I explained the circumstances and asked whether there was anything they could do to help with the charges, especially considering that my truck had been reported stolen and recovered by police, there was absolutely no willingness to work with me. What really crossed the line for me was an employee suggesting that I should "get it back from the guy who stole my truck." Considering what I had already gone through trying to recover my vehicle, I found that comment incredibly insensitive and unprofessional. I understand that towing companies have fees and policies. What I don't understand is the complete lack of compassion, discretion, or basic customer service in an unusual situation that was completely outside of my control. Getting your stolen vehicle back should feel like a relief--not like another opportunity for someone to "sock it to you" financially. Very disappointing experience.

The man is a liar and I wouldn't recommend doing business with him. I have stored my boat at Lime Lake multiple times and have spent thousands of dollars over the last ten years. Very disappointing. All this happened before Covid. I'd think twice before doing business with this guy.

Not only did they replace our wheel with an almost exact match on our 14 year old car, they straightened our bent rim so that we could try using it as a full-sized spare once we get home. They were friendly and helpful and we felt in very good hands. In about 1 hour, they found, mounted and balanced the new wheel, straightened the old rim and sent us on our way.
