Every few years I've traded up for a newer golf cart, as I'm on my 4th one from Dan's business and am ready for another trade soon. I even rented a few carts for a wedding that we had on the Lake Ontario a few years back and Dan & his crew were very accommodating! The first couple of carts I had were gas golf carts which did require more maintenance -- and once again Dan or one of his supervisors would send someone out to pick it up and drop off a loaner for me! Their ser was outstanding & the repair costs were very reasonable. About 6 or 7 years ago I switched over to battery carts and haven't had ANY issues. Three of my neighbors have bought used golf carts from them and have been delighted with their experience!! After 6 weeks and multiple calls with no return calls I showed up at his business wanting to know when we could pick it up. I KINDLY told him I needed better communication and he stated he felt he had been communicating well with us! (Though there had been none) He doesn't do repairs himself- Just ships everything out and has no idea what the repairman's diagnosis is or what was done. Charged us $200. Got the cart home and still had the same exact problem. My husband examined the engine and it was evident they did NOT do what they said they were going to do. We cut our losses and went elsewhere. What a joke and not to mention the guy is a complete weirdo. Don't waste your time or money- Go somewhere that is honest and cares about customer service.
