Their online scheduling system originally booked my appointment incorrectly for 4/2 instead of 4/3, but they did agree to still look over the vehicle, which I appreciated. After diagnosing the vehicle on 4/3, they contacted me with recommended repairs and I approved the work. My vehicle remained there for over two weeks and I picked it up after hours on Friday, 4/24. Immediately after pickup, I realized several of the original issues were still unresolved. The windshield wipers still did not work, the airbag light was still on, and later I discovered my backup camera no longer worked and the ambient temperature display now only showed dashes instead of a reading. I texted them that same evening regarding the unresolved issues. A few days later, I was told the wipers had essentially been forgotten about after another repair was completed and that the airbag concern was not something they worked on due to liability reasons -- something that was never communicated to me upfront despite being one of the main reasons I brought the vehicle in. The only repair that appears improved are the brakes, however now the vehicle shakes while braking. I can finally turn the heat off, but now my AC no longer works either. What was most disappointing to me was the lack of follow-up afterward. I sent a respectful message explaining my concerns after picking the vehicle up and never received any response. At that point, it stopped feeling like an honest mistake and started feeling like my concerns simply were not important. I understand older vehicles can be difficult to diagnose, but after spending a significant amount of money and being without my vehicle for over two weeks, I expected better communication, more thorough follow-through, and confirmation that the original concerns had actually been resolved before returning the vehicle. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the experience.

I took the alternator purchased from them to Auto Zone in Leroy NY and had them test it and received a test receipt showing it was bad. I then had no choice but to purchase a new one as I wanted her vehicle fixed promptly so she could make her Dr. appts etc. Installed new alternator issue was fixed. I took the bad alternator back to PJ'S for a refund and requested my core back so I could receive my $40 core charge back from Auto Zone. The person at the counter started cussing me out for no reason and informed me that I was not getting a refund and take their bad alternator to Auto Zone for a core charge refund. They supposedly have a 30 day warranty on the parts they sell? I was treated very badly as a customer on this occasion who had also purchased parts from them before. I was even informed I was not allowed back in their business. All I wanted was this woman's money back for a part that didn't work and now she's out about $80 as I cannot return the bad alternator or receive a return of her original alternator used a a core. I will never use them again and will be sending them a demand letter for the money owed prior to filing a petition in small claims court against this business for the refund and return of the core Alternator. Don't ever use this business, their attitude is evil and is no way to run a business. Boycott this place. Get the word out go to Fugles Auto Salvage in Livonia NY. If you're riding a Can-Am Spyder RT and still using the stock suspension, you're seriously missing…read moreout. I recently installed the Arachnid Spring Kit, and the difference is absolutely night and day. Before the upgrade, the Spyder handled decently, but it always felt a little soft and disconnected, especially when riding two-up with a full load of gear. We would bottom out on bumps and scrape the front-end on driveways and intersections. After installing the Arachnid springs, the entire bike feels dramatically more planted and composed, no matter the road condition. Whether it's bumps, dips, or tight sweepers, this spring kit soaks it all up and keeps the Spyder tracking like it's on rails. And let me just say this: the Harley guys I ride with can't keep up with me in the twisties anymore. They're scraping parts while I'm carving corners like I'm on a sport tourer. The confidence this upgrade gives in spirited riding is just unreal. I can't recommend this product enough. Dave Kerr knocked it out of the park with this spring kit. His customer service is top-notch--from answering my questions before purchase to following up after the install, his communication was absolutely amazing. You can tell he really stands behind his product and takes pride in what he offers to the Spyder community. If you're on the fence, don't be. Just get the Arachnid Spring Kit. Although this trailer went through tons of wear and tear and needed many repairs as a result, I had countless people say "how the hell do you still have this trailer?!" One of the biggest reasons was because Davis was available to help whether we were in town to get it fixed and turned around quick or over the phone while traveling. We upgraded to a slightly larger trailer with better specs after pushing the limits of the trailer above. Davis trailer word was extremely helpful in helping us order a brand new trailer with our customized specs and even offered us a "return customer discount" saving us upwards of 600 dollars. Once again they helped maintain and keep us safe on the road. After a near fatal wreck traveling downhill in the mountains in Washington they immediately set us up with an equalizer that balanced our load to tow ratio. The mechanic took the time to show us how it works and make sure we knew how to maintain everything while on the road. They've been extremely helpful and positive with us.
