I made an appt for an oil change but the lady who scheduled it had no idea how much it was. I made the appt and said I'd call for a price later. I asked how much the oil change was and after being put on hold twice, I was wondering what the big deal was to find out how much an oil change would be. Well.... I found out when he came back and finally told me an oil change was $70. I responded... really, for an oil change? He said yes. I said, I'm sorry I can't pay that please cancel my appointment. HE came back with..."Fine... find someplace else to have your oil changed and do NOT ever call back here for an appointment of any kind again" And he hung up. I really thought I found a great mechanic who is just around the corner from my house. I was referred to him by my brother who has had plenty of work done by him.
