I decided to try West Main Sales and Service, as I have frequently driven pass their business, read only quality online reviews, and wanted to see if they truly upheld what they proclaim: "We're famous for: Friendly, reliable service Helpful, experienced staff Honest Service at Fair Prices ​Flexible drop off and pick up hours" I would start by sayIng, excellent and friendly customer service. Honest and fair pricing. I asked for a quote via Yelp for 2 new front bearings/hubs as well as PA inspection. Emailed me back immediately, and quote was already itemized (parts, labor, tax) and spot on (no typical assertive up-sale, or "unneeded recommendations." Service did an A++ job, and parts are warranted for 3 years. I highly recommend West Main Sales and Service to anyone. I will be continuing to service my family's vehicles here for as long as they continue to uphold, in my opinion, (and I've worked in the auto business for many years) one of the finest in the industry. I found a reputable mechanic to replace it. Then the ECU blew again and I called Lake Erie. They said to call back in 3 weeks to see if there was any openings to service the cart. I called back 3 weeks later and left a voicemail with no response. I understand that junk carts were built more often post covid, but the post sale service is absolutely terrible at this dealership!
