Two instances. 1. AAA set up a tow for my son when he was stranded. Leonard's was assigned, called and confirmed pickup of car. Never showed up. Had to make other arrangements to get him home. 2. Set up a tow for a different car that broke down and after waiting 6 hours for them to tow. There driver was incapable of finding address had to spend 5 minutes on the phone to get him there. 10 minutes later he left without my car saying he was unable to back his truck in the driveway to get it. Needless to say there have been several cars that can get up to the car. Incompetence at its finest!!!! read more

Don't let this place rob you This place is so messed up I had my car towed there they charged me $400 for a tow fee my car was 1 mile up the road from there garage and whole day of storage fee for my car to sit there for 20 minutes knowing we were on our way to pick it up not sure if I can do anything about it but they robbed me literally they should be in jail for this read more

Moved from TX back to PA with a 2012 Nissan Rogue with 64,000 miles on it. It passed inspection at another garage but we still needed the title/reg transferred. It took a few months to do that while the Rogue sat in the garage. Took it into Leonards after the paperwork got done and told them that it just passed an inspection but we didn't want to drive all the way to the first place and wanted to keep our business local. So they looked it over and stated the control arms, all of the ball joints and tie rods needed replaced to pass inspection. The woman in the office said, "It all definitely needs replaced in order to pass inspection." When I reminded her that I had just had it pass inspection by another garage a couple of months ago and it hasn't been driven since, she simply suggested for me to take it back to the other garage. They also said that the CVT enclosed transmission system was leaking at the transmission oil cooler and oil lines. They wanted $5000 to fix the transmission ($1700) and suspension ($3300). So magically it went from passing inspection to needing all of this done just buy it sitting in the garage for a couple months? I'm a disabled veteran who can't really afford all of that and really can't do that kind of work on my own anymore. But after 2yrs total of it sitting in the garage, I decided to tear the tranny cooler out and replace it and the lines. First of all, the oil cooler was NOT leaking. It wasn't leaking inside OR out. The lines were fine also, other than one line that was seeping. Replaced the rubber hose line and the leak stopped. Took it to a third inspection station and they passed it with flying colors... other than needing a tail light bulb. So two respectable Pennsylvania inspection stations passed it but Leonards wanted $5000. read more

After losing a tire on I-79 this morning, I called AAA and they send Leonard's (it just occurs to me I'm not sure if it was Leonard himself? maybe) to help. The gentleman who towed my car to get a new tire was kind, helpful and calming during a stressful time. read more

I was rear-ended on 79 with my 2 young boys and mom in the car. AAA sent Leonards Auto Service and Towing out. Tow driver was very helpful and will be towing my car to my husband's work. When we got to the tow yard they immediately came out showed us where a bathroom was, gave us addresses to the nearest Med Express, got toys for my one son and a popcile. All around very helpful and genuinely nice people. Hate the situation we were in but very greatful for the help and kindness! read more

I was driving through Pennsylvania when a damned dear caused me to swerve off the road. The tire broke off so I had to get the vehicle towed. The guy that towed the vehicle seemed like a nice enough guy. I came a few days later with a trailer to get my vehicle and haul it home. When I stopped at a hotel that night on my way back to Texas I went to get a few things out of the truck. I found several personal items missing that could've only been taken from someone while my vehicle was at Leonard's. This happened a few years ago and I just remembered that I intended to write a review about it then. Not sure if the people here are trustworthy or if they are prone to break ins. Either way I'll never be able recover those items. read more

Had to have my van towed out of our yard and they were the only ones that would answer their phone! Hopefully I don't have to ever get towed again but if I do I will definitely be using them! William was awesome and got us out! Super friendly! read more

Leonard's garage could not have been more helpful in a very difficult time for me. My JetSki trailer had a flat tire and Leonard was originally dispatched by AAA to come help me. There was some confusion but the next day I was recommended to give these folks a try to work on my trailer. Megan and Mandy were very helpful in the office and Travis their tow truck driver went and retrieved my trailer from another tow company's lot and brought it over to their shop. The folks over there worked diligently and hard to get my trailer back to me as soon as possible and worked with me. They were very professional and thorough. They also cut a few discounts for me and when the trailer was done they physically took me into the garage area and explained what they did and how to prevent any further damage and precautions for preventing further incidents. I could not be happier with these folks. If you need anything done to a trailer or your vehicle these are the best and honest good people between Pittsburgh and Erie. Highly recommend them five stars don't go to anybody else but Leonard's and Leonard's only. read more

Terrible customer service. They treat out of town people like garbage. Our friends son was involved in a vehicle accident on his way home from college. Leonard's was called to remove the vehicle from I79. They towed it 10 miles and charged him $595. I drove almost 2 hours to give him a hand with everything and the woman at Leonard's didn't want to let me pay for it nor take the truck. She flat out lied to me, telling me that the truck was totaled. Well, I have since checked to truck over and other than a flat tire, bent rim and broken light, it's ok. Long story short, they were less than helpful and she lied to my gave. If you have to deal with them, please be aware of this. read more

My grandson's car broke down in Edinboro, PA. Sunday morning I called AAA and contact this company. They were very quick and arrived within the hour to tow him and his vehicle back to Cleveland. Unfortunately we couldn't wake my grandson and had to cancel that appointment. Later that day, I was able to reach my grandson and AAA contacted them again. They were very polite and told me this time it take a little longer than an hour before they would get to my grandson, but they did get to him and he made it home safely and drop his car off for repairs here in Ohio. Can't thank them enough for there fine service. read more

I called AAA for a break down along I-79 near Saegertown PA, and they sent me Leonard's to tow my vehicle to Edinboro for me. I was worried because I have never had a great experience with tow companies, but Leonard's was great. They were so nice and friendly which is super important in an already stressful situation. He was very helpful and I would recommend them. read more

After waiting an hour for them, AAA followed up and they said they were not responding. Very disappointing.

Will never use Leonards again..never for mechanical work and never for towing or jump starts. I asked AAA to send some one else and told them why...they sent a great guy from Franklin read more
