AT LEAST $2000.00, they say, maybe more. They couldn't possibly know what was the matter with it. Do you know what it needed? a coil pack, front brakes, and an exhaust gasket. Less than 150 dollars elsewhere, got my inspection sticker too. I found it VERY interesting that as soon as they quoted me this astronomical price, THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A USED CAR. When I went to pick the car up, he couldn't look me in the eye. Left over vestiges of a conscience, I guess. Now I blow my horn at them when I drive past for spite and for fun. If you've been ripped by Kopta's, go ahead and do the same.

Had to make other arrangements to get him home. 2. Set up a tow for a different car that broke down and after waiting 6 hours for them to tow. There driver was incapable of finding address had to spend 5 minutes on the phone to get him there. 10 minutes later he left without my car saying he was unable to back his truck in the driveway to get it. Needless to say there have been several cars that can get up to the car. Incompetence at its finest!!!!

I broke down on interstate 80 at 1:30 in the morning headed back to Illinois. Found a local hotel a…read moremile off the highway and stayed the night. I did some research and found that this mechanic shop had great reviews and decided to give them a call in the morning once they opened to figure out what was going on with my van. The Tow truck driver showed up at the hotel to tow my car 15 minutes before the shop opened and advised me that they are always super busy and there is nowhere to even park. He advised that I call first to check and see if they can even get me in. He was nice enough to wait until 8 AM ones they opened and I contacted them and explained my situation. The gentleman was really friendly and welcoming and said that he can "squeeze me in" in between appointments to help me out and get me back on the road. The van was towed to the shop where it was diagnosed. gentleman then explained everything to me that was going on and quoted me a price that was very reasonable. I agreed to do the repair and he ordered the parts fixed the van and I was back on the road within one hour. it couldn't have been a smooth transaction and these guys are down to earth and very good at what they do.
