I gave them my Vin number and they advised me that a F-350 door would work just fine. I confirmed with my local Ford Commercial dealer and Jarrod was a huge help throughout the process. Before payment was even sent Jarrod gave me an exact run down of what was and was not included with the door. We then spoke about shipping and an ETA. Once payment was received and the door was picked up I received tracking info which was spot on. As you can see from the pictures the door was delivered in very strong wooden crate and plenty of wrapping. I took the door over to our local body shop and they were even impressed with the shipping crate. If I am ever looking for an item again I definitely know where to go for great service and excellent shipping!!!

Just had an argument with my wife today - because she bought a tire from the Wall instead of from…read moreFinck's - I DO NOT KNOW WHY ANYONE WOULD PURCHASE TIRES FROM ANYWHERE OTHER THAN FINCK'S! Just today, I took my wife's car in because of a "wobble" in a front wheel. Now the Car Dealer we purchased the vehicle from put it on a lift, showed her the uneven wear on the tire and claimed it was from a broken belt in the tire. FINCK's took the wheel off the car, spun it on their balancing machine, brought me over to take a look and showed me that the wheel itself was dented badly on the inside edge. The tire, which I had purchased from Finck originally, had no inherent defects. They then offered to install the spare for me in it's place (this is when I discovered that the rotten car dealer (not Fink) had not included a spare tire with our purchase of the then new vehicle!) So they put the original wheel back on and I drove it home. NO CHARGE! I could tell a dozen similar stories about how helpful FINCK's has been for me in the past 30+ years that I have been going there, but they ALL would be just as good. Now the Car dealer who sold us this car without a spare - when I had specifically requested that the spare be a full-sized one, and not a "doughnut" before we purchased it. That dealer is going to get an angry review on here shortly!

Shortly after taking delivery of our new park model, we encountered two significant problems: an electrical switch that malfunctioned and the on-demand hot water system that failed and needed to be replaced. Fame responded with genuine concern, acted quickly, and resolved both matters thoroughly and professionally. They also went the extra mile during the changeover. Their crew carefully disassembled the awning and skirting from our trade-in, then reinstalled the awning and replaced the skirting on the new unit once it arrived -- all done in a timely, professional manner with real attention to detail. This is not our first purchase from Fame. We have dealt with them for years. Anyone can offer a good price on a park model or travel trailer.
