I stopped in one day and was interested in buying a car I had seen online, I had sent in documents for Pre-approval, Chris has already worked with Sheree in financing to get everything ready before I arrived, and we went for a drive, I liked it and we got to working on paperwork. Sheree made the paperwork a breeze and was extremely helpful. Later, on my way home I had an issue with the car, thankfully it has a warranty and I purchased an Extended Warranty, needless to say, Chris and Andrew worked lightning fast to get me assistance, get the car back to the shop and had it ready to go the next day. Although I was clearly driving a foreign car and completely not a potential customer, Ben himself spent at least 30 min with us, doing the best he could to diagnose and resolve our emergency. He got the dashboard to calm back down again and he correctly recommended the service we would need to have done. And he wouldn't take any payment for his time and assistance. And they'd even scheduled my repairs within a week of my initial visit to have them look it over. I seriously dreaded the repair bill because of the special fabrication work involved; however, their fee was surprisingly reasonable (especially in light of all that extra labor). You can't ask for much more than that. As auto repairs go, this was actually a pleasant experience. I won't hesitate to call them again when I need additional work done.
