Little did I know that this past Monday night after going for a gallon of milk that I was to hit a beautiful big doe. Never saw it until it was right in front of my 2009 Mariner with under 30,000 miles One second it wasn't there and then it was there. so scary!!! The air bag never deployed and it caused almost $6,000. in damages. I wasn't even a half mile from my home. I spent time in hospital also I felt like a mack truck hit me The main reason for my review is Chuck honestly does a fantastic and professional job Everyone I have sent to Chuck have been completely happy with his work. You can't even tell what's been fixed AGAIN, THANK YOU CHUCK SO VERY MUCH for your kindness and taking care of everything for me, it's hard at times being a widow and doing everything on your own. These guys are awesome! My son attends college in town and just arrived yesterday for the school…read moreyear. He discovered a leak in his tire and had virtually no time to take it anywhere. I asked the folks at the school who they recommended and these guys won hands-down. Darling son was able to drop it off to them during his lunch break as it is only 1/2 mile from campus. And, picked it up just a few hours later. It was only a screw in the tire, thank goodness. They were as nice as they could be to me on the phone and to him in person. I told my son to keep their number!!!

My son is a student at a college nearby, so when he had some car issues we thought this nearby shop…read morewould be a good option. WRONG! My son dropped his car off on a Wednesday night to be looked at Thursday morning. Everyday we had to call to check the progress and was told they would call the next morning. The weekend went past and still nothing. So I called Monday and the person who answered said he knew nothing about the vehicle and he would have the "other guy" call me, of course no one did. So Tuesday morning I decided to drive there, 2 hours from home to inform them that I was there to pick up my vehicle. When I asked about the multiple times we were told they would call with an update, he had the audacity to say you know we are busy. No sir, I the customer do not know how busy you are, nor is it my responsibility to figure it out. It is the responsibility of any reputable business to let the customer know if they cannot complete a job they accepted knowing how "busy they are". So long story short I was finally told they fixed something they thought was the problem but turns out it was not. So I was charged $200, to still be in the predicament I started. Very poor customer service skills. Would NOT recommend.

I never had such a great experience working with a mechanic!…read more Long story, but my Subaru Outback blew it's engine on I80 in Mercer, PA due to a faulty oil change by JiffyLube - this happened as my son (girlfriend & dog) were traveling home (Columbus, Ohio to long Island, NY) right before Christmas. Walt was amazing in so many areas: - took care of them as they were stranded in Western PA - outstanding mechanic who diagnosed the issue with many pictures of the missing oil plug and internal damage from the Jiffy Lube service. - acquired a top-notch engine replacement (sent pictures along the way) - completely installed a new engine and drove it 70+ miles to ensure everything was good. - very easy to communicate with, kept us informed during the entire process, and very understanding of our situation. Walt is the best auto mechanic I have every used, I highly recommend him for any service!

They were out of the office for a week with the flu or something. Skip to now a year later and my car is doing the exact same thing! Of course when I called on Tuesday of last week they were off because of labor day. They said they would return on Monday. I called on Monday the lady told me she would tell them and call me back. She never called me back. Called yesterday and she said she forgot to tell them. She would talk to them and call me back. She never called me back. I called 3 times and no answer. I called twice this morning and no one answered. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! These people do terrible work plus not once did I see or meet a mechanic. My car was just sitting on the lot and I was greeted by some woman in the office. There is a reason these people have no ratings!
