She never called me back. Called yesterday and she said she forgot to tell them. She would talk to them and call me back. She never called me back. I called 3 times and no answer. I called twice this morning and no one answered. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! These people do terrible work plus not once did I see or meet a mechanic. My car was just sitting on the lot and I was greeted by some woman in the office. There is a reason these people have no ratings!

When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. Although I was clearly driving a foreign car and completely not a potential customer, Ben himself spent at least 30 min with us, doing the best he could to diagnose and resolve our emergency.
